A bill that would allow parents to have their children repeat a grade because of the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on learning is headed to the state House after the Senate unanimously passed it on Wednesday. Senate Bill 664, introduced by Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman of Centre County, was approved by both the Senate Education and Appropriations committees this week before it was quickly approved by the full Senate.
