Orange Beach Mayor Tony Kennon’s concerns about non-residents receiving the COVID-19 vaccine before Alabama residents is resonating among the snowbirds who visit the state’s coastal area each year.
Kenn Krouse, president of the Wisconsin Snowbird Club, said Thursday that he can understand the frustration of local residents waiting for a coronavirus vaccine.
