An Eagle Butte man convicted of Robbery has been sentenced in federal US District Court. Colton White Feather must spend 52 months in federal prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release, and pay a special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund in the amount of $100. The dollar amount of restitution was left open for 60 days. The conviction stemmed from an incident that occurred on December 24, 2020.
