OPTAVIA of 1,414 adults showed that 63% of Americans have changed the way they approach health and wellness amid the pandemic, well ahead of the new year. However, 74% of people say they need support to maintain healthy habits as the pandemic continues, underscoring the benefits of having both a solid plan and a strong support system.
