The ISA Global Cybersecurity Alliance (ISAGCA), made up of 40 member companies, has established its priorities for the year ahead. The International Society of Automation (http://www.isa.org) created the ISA Global Cybersecurity Alliance to advance cybersecurity readiness and awareness in manufacturing and critical infrastructure facilities and processes. Anglo American appoints Hilary Maxson to the Board, 10 Dec 2020 02:00

Anglo American plc ( Anglo American ) announces that Hilary Maxson will join the Board as a non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee, with effect from 1 June 2021, and that Jim Rutherford will retire as a non-executive director with effect from 31 December 2020.

Stuart Chambers, Chairman of Anglo American, said: Hilary Maxson brings a combination of experience that aligns well with our business, spanning finance, the capital markets, energy and technology, gained across her executive career in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia.
