Special to The Alliance Review Alliance City Schools Superintendent Rob Gress has announced changes to several of the district’s leadership positions. On Monday, Gress announced Shaun Fontaine will transition from his current role as band director at Alliance High School to become the school’s assistant principal. He will assume the post for the 2021-22 school year. In a news release, the district said the change is pending approval from Alliance City Schools’ Board of Education, which meets April 20. Changes at Alliance Elementary and Alliance Early Learning schools were announced Tuesday. Starting in 2021-22 school year, the district announced, Alliance Early Learning School will have two principals one for kindergarten and first grade, and one for preschool. ....
