Greater Cincinnati woke up to more snow than expected.
Forecasters initially predicted up to 3 inches of snow starting Monday night into Tuesday morning, prompting local municipalities to declare snow emergencies. Then we woke up to 5 inches and more in some locations, the highest accumulations of the winter so far. There are reports of 7-10 in some locations.
