Former Schenectady City Councilman Ed Kosiur has returned to the Schenectady County payroll weeks after retiring from his $95,747-a-year position with the county and from the council. (Lori Van Buren / Times Union)Lori Van Buren
SCHENECTADY – Former City Councilman Ed Kosiur is back on the Schenectady County payroll after a short-lived retirement.
Kosiur, who earlier this winter resigned from the council and retired from his full-time job as assistant to the commissioner of Social Services for Youth Development in the county Youth Bureau, told the Times Union Monday that he now works about three hours a day delivering mail to county offices. ....
