Zensar strengthens its data engineering and analytics capabilities with acquisition of M3bi

Zensar and the management of M3bi announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement for Zensar to acquire M3bi, a Scottsdale, Arizonabased data engineering and digital engineering firm.
Zensar Technologies will acquire the entire share capital of M3bi (M3bi India), and its wholly owned subsidiary, Zensar Technologies Inc., will acquire the entire share capital of M3bi LLC. This acquisition will be completely funded by internal accruals.

Treasury’s March Quarterly Report 2020-21 released today shows a continuing improvement in the State’s finances as our economy recovers from COVID-19.
The Report demonstrates that our strong budget management is working, with own-source revenue growing with improvements in property and vehicles sales and increased mineral royalties.
Importantly, these higher revenues are working to reduce the budgeted operating deficit, and as a consequence the year-to-date Net Operating Balance is significantly lower than the forecast for the year.
Our plan to use our balance sheet to invest in our recovery is also working, with modest Net Debt as at March 2021, and also on track to be significantly lower at the end of the 2020-21 financial year compared to the budget forecast. ....

The bill received nearly complete support among state legislators. It passed through the Alabama Senate in a unanimous 29-0 vote before passing in the Alabama House last week 93-1.
“You go from March to November, one sort of time and switching to another time, it’s hard for folks to get used to the change,” State Rep. Ritchie Whorton (R), one of the bill’s sponsors, said last week. “A lot of people not used to getting up to the morning, running late and having an accident.”
The practice of changing clocks to take advantage of sunlight began nearly a century ago as an energy-saving measure in Germany during World War I. The United States began adopting the practice shortly after but there was no national standard until Congress passed the Uniform Time Act of 1966. ....
