When did you first open and when did you reopen during COVID? Bianca was slated to open on March 19, 2020 - just days after we went on lockdown for COVID. We were finally able to open partially in August with takeout and delivery from “mr roni cups,” the Roman-style pizzeria inside Bianca. Once we had that up and running and figured out a plan, we opened Bianca fully on Nov. 12. ....
