The Stevens Estate receives wedding venue award COURTESY OF THE STEVENS ESTATE The Stevens Estate at Osgood Hill recently received the 2020 Regional Gold Award for Wedding Venues North of Boston from Gatehouse New England, owned by Gannett Newspapers, whose community newspapers include the North Andover Citizen. “We’re very proud to receive recognition for the incredible weddings our clients and their guests have come to expect at the Stevens Estate,” said Executive Director Joanna Collantine, who has successfully managed the estate since 2015. “We also received recognition in 2018 from the Massachusetts House of Representatives for the Stevens Estate’s contribution to education and discovery in the community. Awarded and signed by then-State Rep. Diana DiZoglio, who is now a Massachusetts senator, that also substantiates the venue as being in the top tier of historic wedding venues in the highly competitive north of Boston region. ....

The board manages the town-owned property, but North Andover wants to end that responsibility. The board has accepted proposals from private organizations to manage the property. The board has interviewed one candidate extensively â Fireside Catering. Jed and Zack Webber own the catering company and five sister restaurants, collectively known as the Webber Restaurant Group. ....
