The airline will offer 30 per cent off on its base fares to the healthcare workers who have been leading India’s fight against coronavirus with their relentless and selfless service. Built on the advanced natural language understanding and call steering capabilities of Nuance Communications Intelligent Engagement Platform, Pepper is able to understand customer requests over the phone without needing legacy touchtone or menu options.
