Alex Rodriguez sounds like he's ready for a change.
The 45-year-old former New York Yankees shortstop signaled that he was on the brink of a 'new beginning' in his life in a text post shared to Instagram on Sunday.
The optimistic restart comes at the same time that his ex Jennifer Lopez, 51, has been reinventing herself via her new romance with her former fiancée Ben Affleck.
Alex's musings come as he touched down in Hartford, Connecticut, after a plane flight.
