City authorizes funds to send Mayor to attend Rikunzentakata dinner

The Crescent City Council authorized up to $750 to send Mayor Blake Inscore to a Rikuzentakata ceremonial dinner hosted by the Consul-General of Japan in San Francisco, April 10.
