Couple who allegedly tied up adopted child with dog leash, kept her in 'dungeon room,' facing lawsuit

Olivia Atkocaitis, now 20, is suing her adoptive parents and New Hampshire authorities she says allowed them to imprison, abuse and "enslave" her for 14 years without schooling.
