very close to state entities as you're saying that is the only thing i'm thinking about is that in the n.s.a. do something similar just a couple years ago i spy on everybody using how american products in terms of your phones and all of that well i mean it's not a bad comparison the n.s.a. did in gage in massive spying we know that they've built back doors into major internet backbones and use that to gather an incredible amount of data the difference is that the difference here in the worry is i think is that there is no evidence that the n.s.a. ever engage in industrial espionage that means they didn't try to take the company secrets technology and give it to american companies or they could be used in that way as purely an intelligence gathering operation now the china has long had a very dubious dubious relationship to intellectual property from western companies they have often made companies wanting to do business in china signed deals where they basically had to give up their intellectual property if they wanted to work there and a lot of the fears now are that china is attempting to gain the next leg up in
