up their hearts they say, hey we are people too, but we are working people. >> that's wanda, right? >> how wonderful is wanda? >> she's adorable. she's an extraordinary woman. she worked at lott industries. she haus down's syndrome and -- what did you learn? >> i grew up with disability in my life, many of my friend have disabilities, so i'm familiar with the territory so to speak, but i learned from wanda quite a lot. what i saw in that factory was the leadership abilities that people with disabilities have and take on. the fact is in the workplace many of us have experienced each person for him or herself or, you know, to get ahead. it was all about camaraderie, helping each other, a support system that was amazing. >> what do you want to see done with it lorene? >> what i'd like to see is first
