Document Supply Service charges, payment methods and service levels

What is included in a request?
A loan of one monograph title, one microfiche title or up to 10 consecutive reels of a microfilm title per request; or
A copy of up to 25 consecutive pages from a publication for Australian and neighbouring Australia libraries. Any additional pages copied – charged at $4.40 per 25 pages or part thereof for Australian libraries and $4.00 for neighbouring Australia libraries. Hard copies in colour attract an additional $2.50 per page for Australian libraries and $2.25 for overseas libraries.
A copy of up to 25 consecutive pages from a publication for international libraries. Any additional pages copied - charged at $4.00 per 25 pages or part thereof.
