The Eureka R&D network’s new programme Eurostars 3, bringing together 37 partner countries, is all set to invest €1 billion in cross-border innovation projects over the next six years. The Commission is yet to formally approve its expected €250 million contribution from Horizon Europe to the new programme, although all signs point to an imminent endorsement.
