We will rebuild the strongest connie in american history. Economy in american history. He has the track record. He is looking forward to making the case to the American People. Elizabeth more than one out of 10 voters yet to make up their mind, that is undecided according to wall street journal polls. This has the highest interest ever for president ial debate. What is happening tomorrow night. President trump calling New York Times report fake news, that he paid no income tax for 11 of 18 years. 750 bucks in 2016 and 2017. He has hundreds of millions of dollars in debt, huge losses across the business empire. Is the story concerned this will sway voters . Not at all. The president is right, this isnt correct. We told as much as New York Times. It is interesting the same reporters published a piece before the first president ial debate published a very similar one in october of 2016 ahead of the last debate. At the end of the day this is really a partisan hit job. I mean the New York Times might as well make in kind contribution to the biden campaign. This is not factual reporting this is snapshot of information that is not accurate, does not have the facts i note for your viewers, i know this, the president donates his full sally back to the american taxpayer. He is working as president for free. This is incredible, not something his opponent can say. Elizabeth how is it not accurate, how do they not have all the facts . The main thing i would point to, it paint as snapshot of the president s holdings and assets he has all over the world. He is incredibly successful Real Estate Developer as you know. It points to a handful of properties. Ive been to more than are listed in that article. It is hard to even make the case this isnt any way representative of his broader financial status. But the point being this, he is followed the law. By the way, he said before that his taxes are unaudit. The media has claimed that that wasnt correct. This New York Times piece confirms they are in fact under audit. Theyre incredibly complex taxes which is the case when you have tons of assets but theyre not accurate but were expecting partisan hit jobs like this from now until election day. You know, the president is asking reporters how come youre not reporting on the bidens paytoplay conflicts of interest cashing in on joe bidens name. Family members, including hunter biden . Millions of dollars coming into accounts connected to hunter biden from overseas, russia, china. Joe bidens brother and wife got to spend 100,000 from a chinese official for a Global Shopping spree. You guys have seen that at the white house. Is the president going to bring that up tomorrow night at the debates . I dont want to preview anything specifically. We said it ourself this is major question that the biden folks have to answer. Hunter biden had no qualifications to receive the massive loan from the mayor of moscows wife, 3 million. It is extremely concerning. Im grateful youre covering it but many in the media wont even talk about it. There are real questions that need to be answered about corruption and paytoplay. Were going to be asking those questions. Elizabeth okay. Lets go through this. We have been reporting how joe biden has been off of the campaign trail about a third of the time since early august. Watch these recent new mistakes from joe biden saying, he got to the senate 180 years ago and more. Watch this. From the time i got to the senate 180 years ago, you know, i suppose my tenure as vice president. For example, the Paycheck Protection Program 1 of the money has gone out. 1 . 1 of the, not, that is not the paycheck, the, the, the bill for, for major main street lending. Main street lending. 1 has gone out. Elizabeth okay. So there is that. And also this. President trump, is he serious saying that he will take a drug test before the debate and joe biden will too . Is he going to do that . Oh he is absolutely willing to. The president has been very transparent with his health records, keeping up with the American Public being transparent about visits to walter reed, when he gets his physical. That is something he is open to. To that biden point you raise, another gaffe i would point out he likes to tell a story he has apparently been arrested numerous times, none of this on record he has. I would point to his role in the 94 crime bill where in fact he actually arrested people for minor drug offenses or had them through his policy arrested for minor drug offenses. That is reality not he himself had heroin story. We look to respond to those gaffs with real policies the president pushed for the American Public. Elizabeth i want to get to this. Watch the media saying picking up on what weve been reporting, that joe biden is running a digital, internet campaign, not having enough Campaign Officials on the ground in important swing states. Watch this. Michigan, in detroit, the trump people are all over the place knocking on doors and biden people are nowhere. Theyre just calling. When i hear the same thing in the state of florida. Do you think they will abide by it . Republicans are trying to get to a vote by october 26th. What do you think is going to happen . Look, anythings possible. Right now you see a scattershot approach. They have tried the catholic card, which is particularly despicable. I can say that as an american catholic. And you know, in addition to that they also focused on the Affordable Care act. The results of the 2020 election, then also potentially roe vs. Wade. That is awful shortsighted given the fact if judge barrett is confirmed. Remember, liz, she is likely to serve on the court for as many as 30 years if the past is any guide. To think that, democrats are, you know, attacking with regard to particular issues that the Supreme Court would face, in the immediate near term, seems to me to be rather shortsighted. There are democrats, for example, who apparently plan to sit this out. Including two on the judiciary committee. Senator Richard Blumenthal from connecticut and macy hirono from hawaii. I dont know why they would do that. This will come up with a vote. Again this could be there for the better part of the next generation. Theyre focused how this may impact the 2020 election. This seems to be not consistent with discharging their duties as United States senators to advise and consent on the president s nomination . Elizabeth you would think senators hirono, blumenthal, what their constituents are going to say, youre not in the game asking the questions. Here is what else is going on. Media guests, Boston University president , ibraim , kendi calling Amy Coney Barrett a white colonizer who is using her two adopted haitian children as props. Liberals on social media are questioning whether her two children were adopted legitimately. Criticism from the media, those on the left against judge barrett. Lets listen to this. Amy coney barrett, catholic really catholic, i mean really, really catholic, like speaking in tongues. Her catholic faith a core value, central to questions how she would rule on issues like abortion. Under the microscope, barretts link to small charismatic christian community, people of praise. People of praise where a lifelong oath of loyalty to could havenant to one another, and held accounted to a personal advisor called a head for men and a hand made for women. Weve mean no such outrage in the potential nominee Amy Coney Barrett talking about her catholic beliefs. I wonder why that might be . Elizabeth okay. The heavyduty stuff there. Your take what that will look like, how that will shake out . Even the daily beast saying the leftwinger arrest new low attacking judge barretts family. This is hitting new lows. It is out of bounds, liz, cant we all americans agree on bays i can level of decency when a nominee for a major position like this comes up, ones family and ones religion, are out of bounds. And apparently the democrats know no limits. Apparently also neither does the media. That is unamerican in my view. They can try it, but the president has put them on notice that they do so at their own peril. Let voters take that into consideration, when it is time to vote in early november . Elizabeth you wonder how the swing state voters, you know, suburban moms and dads with families see how they see these personal, really vie it individl tupa tiff attacks on her character. Isnt this an indication why people dont step up to serve their country and theyre so viciously attacked in a public forum like that. Liz, i worry about that we are a great country, we have great people notwithstanding all this nonsense still willing to serve. Look, the American People are watching as a result of the performance that we just witnessed there, what happened in the midterm elections is that the Senate Majority for the republicans increased as the result of just that sort of nonsense. In democrats repeat that performance, they do so at their peril. Elizabeth 45 days from now the Supreme Court will take up case that will decide whether the Affordable Care act will survive. It is about the constitutionality of the individual mandate. Judge barrett has, criticized that. They see that as an issue. The of course the abortion as an issue. Much, much more. Wonder though when you see behind the scenes and this is file question to you. When americans out there see them saying get rid of electoral college, pack the court. You know, when they see things like the bullying behavior because theyre not getting their way, to try to change americas institutions, you got to ask yourself the common sense question again and again, how about trying to win an election first before you go, you know, stomping around and trying to change the way america has run itself for years, for decades . Your final word on that. Americas institutions that is your first recourse. That should be as a last resort. Some which would require constitutional amendment. That sort of thing, it does not come easily based upon our history for good reason. We work within the system. That is the way the system is designed to work. Elizabeth robert ray. More quote damning government documents will soon be declassified in the fbi botched trumprussia probe. What is the next shoe to drop . That is a good question, elizabeth. Im not sure exactly what comes next but there is plenty there. There are many reports, many letters, many pieces of information which really just point to the very early days of how this investigation was developed. The many warning signs were ignored and i think that is where many people have trouble is that if we would have been able to see the full package of the information, instead of having it really edited down and pushed into a direction that the head of the fbi clearly wanted it to go in, i think most people would have come to the same conclusion that russian propaganda from the beginning had infiltrated into the steele dossier. And so, the warning signs were there and now were only seeing them later on. Weve got to fix this problem. Weve got to make sure that government isnt weaponized. We see just yesterday again now, the president s individual taxes are released and this is yet another example of how bureaucrats inside of washington can weaponize government against the people that they dont like. It is very scary for every single person. If one much your enemies starts working inside of the government theyre going to use the tools of government against you and there is nothing you can do about it. This has got to get cleaned up. Elizabeth you know, senator Chuck Schumer remember in early january 2016 said the Intelligence Community can get you every which way from sunday. You know they act like accusation resistant at that mount to a conviction. That is the feel of what went on. That the Obama Administration used the fbi and Intelligence Forces against an Opposition Campaign based on russian disinformation, financed by, partially, mostly largely financiered by the dnc and the Hillary Clinton campaign. The fbi investigate ad russian spy who was the source for the antitrump steele dossier. I dont think anybody could have written this. Fact is stranger than fiction. Well lets also remember that bureaucrats in washington dont have the power to just launch into many of these investigations, he specially investigations that take a long time, unless their superiors know about it or approve it, or, their superiors knowingly look the other way. That is what we got to get to the bottom of. There is no question that there were recommendations to drop this Michael Flynn case and then there was a meeting at the white house, that joe biden attended and susan rice and others and somehow after that meeting there seems to be a new vigor to go after flynn and others and so i think its pretty clear that the evidence shows that higher ups became very political in trying to go after the trump team and lets be very honest. Lou there is a big cry now about a peaceful transition of power from the media elites and from the left saying, once again theyre sure their candidate is going to win, they want to know will we have a peaceful transition of power. Let me be very clear, donald trump won in 2016 and there was not peaceful transition of power. The meetings and the schedules show that the intensity against donald trump and his team got more intense, got hotter as soon as theyre was an election finish and we knew who was moving into the white house. Elizabeth yeah. At that point in time should the fbi have stopped their trumprussia probe and, should they have stepped the flynn probe . We have newly revealed fbi Text Messages in and around time of that january 5th, 2017, obama briefing with obama, susan rice, joe biden, fbi Text Messages behind the scenes saying it was a madhouse. Officials are scrambling, groping for information to support their theories, that they all went bought, personal, professional Liability Insurance feeling they could be sued over the misconduct over the fbi. William William Barrett said just get trump. This was a big, nowerful investigation they wanted to be in on, get a big scalp to stick to the wall. That this was, you know, a feather in their cap to do Something Like this. When they werent letting the facts and the evidence take them where, take them to the conclusion. Instead they had a theory, they were trying to shoehorn the facts into their theory. So do you think they should have stopped this trumprussia probe, stopped the flynn probe, at that moment in december 2016 . Yes. The people who were looking at the information in full, recommended that they stop it. This should have been stopped. Let me also be very clear. The fbi is not the only agency that had red flags and that had individuals stepping forward to say this is baloney. And those other agencies should come forward and declassify the documents that they are hellbent on not releasing. And i dont want to go any further, but im getting to the point where im getting really impatient with those individual agencies that know exactly what im talking about, that know exactly what documents they need to release, they have been called upon to do it and theyre playing games. This is not good for the elizabeth are these intelligence agencies . Yes. Transparency is not political. I dont care if it is a week before the election, a week after the election or a year before the election. We shouldnt be thinking about election time. We should be think about transparency and this is a system inside of washington that knows how to protect its own, knows how to go after people who raise their voice. I, i think that it is very important for people to understand right now, we need to have an outsider continuing to push the system in washington because we see every day how they are weaponizing government against their political enemies. This is crazy. This is how governments fall and end. And we cannot have this. We need to have people understand the outsiders, need to change this place. It is a very serious situation. Elizabeth final question, will the documents and the, that you want, these intelligence agencies to release, will it show fbi or intelligence officials perjurying themselves before the fisa court because it seems like the fisa court was not aware about the information behind the steele dossier and you know, the alleged russian spy, feeding disinformation into the fbi, via that steele dossier . Will point of perjury before the fisa court . I will not play the washington game of leaking partial classified information to have some sort of a win. I want to call for transparency. Im calling for all the reports that have been pushed aside and classified to make sure that the whole truth doesnt come out. Those documents need to come out. The public can handle it. This is not giving away sources and methods. There may be some contacts some of these agencies want to share. Im not here to say that everything is a slamdunk. It is all about nuance and context, but more information the better and we do have some documents that tell a deeper story. Elizabeth ric grenell, well be staying on it. When were out there on the streets, my team asking voters what it is that is really bothering them right now, the issues they talk about the attack on the police force. We have democrats and independents saying you know, im vetting for President Trump. Im voting for you because i think it is incredible what is going on. You have President Trump who stands up for the police. Then you have the democrats basically turned backs on police. The fop rightfully endorsed President Trump last month. Democrats when we saw what happened in the l. A. , the two Police Officers are ambush, joe biden, Kamala Harris didnt reach out to the officers or families while President Trump did. People are getting very scared. I understand why. Elizabeth you know two cops again reportedly shot in separate incidents in less than 24 hours in los angeles. This is after the string of attacks on cops there. Certainly after the two cops were shot. They are recovering, two sheriffs deputies in compton. So the attacks on police seem to be escalating. Also a black lives matter protester arrested on suspicion of assault with a Deadly Weapon and attempted murder. She seriously injured at least two people. Drove a car through a demonstration involving counterprotesters. So feels like the violence is, i dont know if it is escalating but sort of like were seeing cops being shot at, cars being, you know, plowing through protests. And also arson. So this is, this is why it needs to be shut down. That is what critics keep saying. Do you agree . Absolutely. President trump sent the National Guard to kenosha that is when everything stopped. These people i dont know if theyre brainwashed or provoked what they see on television. These people are very dangerous people. I have to remind people, you know, Police Officers, they protect individuals they have never met before in the most dangerous situations. The fact that we would allow this to happen to these individuals that are actually heroes every single day is beyond me. I think honestly, liz, this is what were going to see go down on november 3rd. This is why President Trump is going to win heavily because of this issue today. Elizabeth we also have the family in brooklyn center, minnesota. Garage set on fire. Vehicle set on fire. Two toddlers, twoyearold and fivemonth infant. Why was that set on fire . They had a trump sign in front of their house. So now suburban houses we see that threatening too. Arson by rioters. Blm and joe biden 2020 spraypainted on the home there. That is the fear right now, fbi officials warning individual homes and houses getting attacked too, kim. Absolutely. It is disturbing. Can you imagine what they were going through as they were trying to get their toddlers, i read, even trying to get their family pets out of that situation, just for having a trump sign. This is the backlash we talk about. People say they dont want to even say theyre voting for President Trump, let alone have a sign. We see this every single day. When i said, my team out on the streets, people dont want the backlash. Were seeing firsthand how bad it can be. This is a dangerous time in our country. I think President Trump is doing a great job. I know he added funding to Law Enforcement. We see democrats are pulling funding, okay with defunding the police. These riots and looting has been going on for so long, i have to let people understand that you know it took three months for biden and Kamala Harris and democrats to even acknowledge that it was happening. Do you have any information about that . Thats a complaint ive been waging now almost four years they have been sitting on this information. You started to see some of that come out last week in the flynn case and more is just out in the last few hours. It now appears like there were National Security letters that were, that were received. So this is another way to spy and get phone records on, at this time, these were Trump Administration officials. Looks like this happened around the february time frame for sure on general flynn. At least as much as we know. It is same players involved. How are they getting this ability to spy in early 2017 when they knew that the steele dossier was bogus. That it was you know, potential russian age sent. So these are the types of documents that remain hidden from the American People and i think hidden from congress, which is why ive been saying you know. In addition to all of the things that are out there after you get through all of the corruption, you then have to deal with all of the highranking officials that obstructed our investigation, my investigation. These document the clearly show that. We issued subpoenas, that all the documents youve seen today would have fallen under that subpoena. Who hid them from congress . Its a straightup crime and they need to be sentenced for it. Elizabeth the flynn case was falling apart in late 2016. Trumprussia collusion probe alleging that candidate trump colluded with russia with hacked emails. That probe was falling apart. Ric grenell in answer to our question the fbi should have stopped it, they should have stopped the cases. Instead they got National Security letters circumventing subpoenas, getting more financial records general flynn, maybe other Trump Administration officials as you point out, continued media leaks and continue to get mueller special counsel probe going. We have William William barnettr fbi agent that sat on the probe, this was a get trump attitude and a lot of group think. Do you think they should have shut down the probe in december of 2016 . No. They should have never opened probe in the first place.
