In asia overnight fractional moves, mostly lower on the session on the overnight session, but the nikkei average continues to see momentum. Japan up twothirds of 1 . Some of the top stories were watching this. President trumpscampaign sayr fraud is mile piling up. They filed a lawsuit against michigan. The trump team filed five appeals of the Philadelphia County boards of elections decision to count different categories of mailin and absentee ballots in philadelphia. President trump tweeted yesterday, saying this, nobody wants to report that pennsylvania and michigan did not allow our of poll watchers and or vote observers to watch or observe. This is responsible for hundreds of thousands of votes that should not be allowed to count. Therefore, i easily win both states, report the news, writes the president. Today an arizona judge will hear oral arguments regarding a lawsuit alleging Maricopa County poll workers wrongly counted jokes. Joe biden tweeted ron claims capacity to work with people all across the political spectrum is he precisely what i need in a white house chief of staff as we confront this moment of crisis and bring our country together again, writes joe biden. Georgia officials gearing up for a rare by hand recount of the states 5 million votes. So far, joe biden is leading President Trump by more than 14,000 votes there in georgia. If biden officially wins the state it will be the first time georgia has gone blue since 1992. And republicans secure another seat in the senate, alaskan senator dan sullivan winning his bid against independent al gross. Republicans hold 50 states in the senate, compared to the Democrats Holding 48. The majority comes down to georgias two Runoff Elections on january 5th. A record day for covid19 infections, more than 145,000 cases reported yesterday, marking the eighth consecutive day of surges. Texas becoming the first state to surpass 1 million confirmed cases. Joining me right now is Global Beta Advisors ceo, vince lowry. Also of joining the conversation all morning long, dagen mcdowell, mark tepper and denny Research President , ed yerdeny. Vince, i want to kick it off with you. Your thoughts on where we are in terms of the rotation going on. A couple days we were talking about money coming out of tech. Now were looking at valuations being pushed up wednesday again in tech. What do you make of it . Well, i think that we follow at our firm very closely the valuations of all sectors of the stock market and growth is extremely overvalued. Trading at about 3. 8 times revenues, have never been this high before. Value across the board is about large value, even about roughly where it should be over a long period of time. The extreme values in the market, Small Cap Value and mid cap value. Small cap value by may of this year was down to 23cents in capitalization for every one dollar in revenue. It hadnt seen that level since 1982. Anyone investing in Small Cap Value in may of this year is up 45 to 50 . I believe small caps and mid caps, especially on the value side, are entering a longterm bull market. So our view is thats where real valuations are and lower risk than particularly large cap growth. And even some large cap value. Maria so you want to buy small cap and tech then, you like . Well, no, i want to buy Small Cap Value and mid cap value stocks and mostly in the etf arena because its easier to be able to get a large basket of stocks that thats where when you can buy a larger basket of low price to sales, we know from research that your forwardlooking return is much better by hundreds of basis points if you buy these baskets of stocks that have fallen out of favor when theyre priced to sell way below their longterm values and extreme values with small term mid cap and small. Maria i guess thats where the growth in earnings are. Ed, your thoughts on the backdrop here . We have this new information from Governor Cuomo that hes putting a curfew in place at 10 00 ment do you expect that to impact the economic story in new york. What is your take on the backdrop in the economy . I think clearly were seeing another wave of this pandemic. We had one earlier this year, we had one basically after july 4th and now weve kind of gone back to school, what were seeing the latest wave. Its probably going to have an impact on the economy. Were not going to go back to lockdown, i dont think thats where were heading. I did notice this morning that one of bidens ad advisors suggested maybe a four to six week lockdown would help. But i dont think the economy could handle that and i dont think thats where were going to go. But i think were going to go from a vshaped recovery which is what weve had basically from may you through october. Its something that looks more like a nike swoosh. Its going to slow down. I think were going to have to wait until we actually get a vaccine that works and gets distributed to get to some semblance of normal and that could be the second half of next year and thats optimistic. Maria so do you want to just hold off on going too deep into investing in stocks right then, then . I know youve been bullish. But if you see the backdrop slow down yeah. Im very often asked what do you do here and, you know, i dont have much advice for anybody who has been out of the market. If youve been in the market, id stay with it and id stay fully invested. I think the markets going to go sideways for a while until we get through the january 5th georgia elections. Maria yeah, its all about the georgia elections. Vince, before you go, final word from you. Do you want to invest here, put new money to work in those small and midcaps or do you too look for something of a side ways market . Im not looking for a side ways market. Sideways market. I think if you want to make money, you have to go in when theres uncertainty. You can look at the probabilities. I think the probabilities are the senate is held by the republicans and i think the market will like that better than not. But you need to really get in now and you need to get in and i would go where the valuations are. If you want to stay with large cap, go large cap value. I dont think its aggressive to take big positions in Small Cap Value etfs right now and midcap. I think thats where theres the least amount of risk in the market and i would get in now. You cant get in after all the good news or the news is certain. You have to get in when the news is uncertain. And use your own probabilities to do that. Maria all right. We will leave it there. The team is now looking to block key states from certifying their results, come december, until the investigation is over. There is no evidence so far, closing out this election will be a hard but necessary step forward, writes rove. Looks like there was widespread voter fraud but to karl roves point, the question will be, did it matter, did it change the election. We know it matters, as far as Election Integrity goes. But did it change the election. Is it too little, too late. Theres a growing concern amongst conservatives in d. C. And some of the states that say that what theyre not hearing from the campaign is that these lawsuits are over this amount or this suspected amount and we think these lawsuits if successful, then the election could be overturned. President trump has said repeatedly there was fraud, therefore, he wins. Theyre looking for more specifics on this. If theyre going to keep heart, i think keep this fight going as long as the president wants to, theyre going to need to hear those soon. Maria do you think theres enough time . I mean, when you look at the last time an election was contested in the year 2000, chris, you were talking about one state, florida. Here, youve got several states where the president s team is investigating for dead people voting, ballots that didnt even contain the president s name, all the way to this com Dominion Software situation with Dominion Software apparently changed votes. But this is multiple states. Michigan, arizona, georgia, pennsylvania is what the trump team is focused on. Is there enough time . I worry that there is not. So do some senior members of the administration who have spoken off the record who say there is not enough time for this right now, most likely, to rechange any of these actual results and to recertify the election for donald trump. However, as the wall street Journal Editorial Board pointed out, it would be a missed opportunity for the Supreme Court and for the lawsuits to not go ahead and look in on these things. The amount of judges across the states, the amount of politicians who ignored these things, are a serious problem and as we head into an important special election in georgia in early january, the state legislature ought to consider an emergency session on what measures theyre going to take to make sure this sort of thing doesnt happen again, possibly including getting rid of mailin voting if youre not abroad or overseas with the military. Maria lets talk about the battle for the senate that you mentioned coming up in georgia. Alaskas republican incumbent dan sullivan won another senate term, putting republicans ahead of democrats, 5048 officially. We are watching the Runoff Election now in january. Democrats john ossoff and raphael wa warnock will face of, and if they win the balance of power will be split down the middle and the Vice President will break any ties. If the democrats win, they will be able to get progressive policies through, which is why wall street has been rallying thinking that the democrats wont win, that they will lose. Do we have any sense of what the odds are on this race from your standpoint, chris . Theres a huge amount of outofstate money pouring into the race, from the democrats especially from california and new york to try and split this. Weve seen this with stacy abrams and john ossoff last run from congress. Both of those spending events failed to turn the election. The general feeling on the ground is that in a special election democrats, even though the state is changing, will struggle to be able to recreate the antitrump animous that had in the november vote. You combine that with republicans that dropped out of, like congressman collins and you have what is more likely to be a republican victory, but certainly a close one as democrats are determined, as you point out, and republican as well, to retake the senate and to take the senate from the democrats and to make it so that joe bidens potential administration has a lot more say in how the United States is run. Maria i mean, chris, did you see this news by entrepreneur and former democratic president ial candidate, andrew yang . Andrew yang on monday says hes going to move to georgia. He says he put in a tweet, great news, evelyn and i are moving to georgia to help the democrat candidates win the senate. This is our only chance to clear mitch out of the way and help joe and kamala. Is that legal to get up and move to another state so you can help an election . It sounds so odd to me that andrew you yang would say im moving to georgia, right now, just to affect the election. That seems like a really strange move. Weve seen actual movements before whether its in the freestaters with New Hampshire or more recently with georgia to try and get people the to actually move there so they can have a bigger say on politics. All i can say is i hope if anyones actually considering doing this that theyre looking at a permanent move before they try to decide what the georgian people want for georgia. Progressives are losing power, despite retaining the house majority, democrats have lost nine seats to republicans. Some seeing it as a referendum on progressiveism throughout the country. In a new oped in the journal, the board is looking at california as an example, noting that, quote, voters last tuesday rejected a referendum that would have allowed racial preferences in state hiring and college admissions. In new york, the States Democratic Party chair Jason Chaffetz cobs slammed congresswoman alexandria ocasiocortez yesterday, telling the new york post, quote, aoc has no standing on how to run a general election in the suburbs and upstate. I invite aoc to come to long island and stand for election in one of our districts. Youll see different results. Dagen mcdowell, even Bernie Sanders has said in the past couple weeks that democrats have become, quote, a party of coastal elites. Is this why more americans are voting for republicans . Obviously, the entire Democrat Party has been split because of the move and the pull to the extreme left by those progressives. Dagen the democrats failed to read the room or the county or the state or even large swaths of the nation, that their far left policies to defund the police or get rid of fossil fuels failed to land. And americans, again, the left tend to treat all americans, regardless of what party theyre a part of, as stupid. That just do it, do as i say. I will issue edicts, you just need to fall in line. The American People are spatterrer than that. So smarter than that. So voters in texas said wait a minute, i work in the oil business, im a democrat but ive got a good, high paying job. Youre planning to, quote, transition away from fossil fuels, well, that means my job would go away. So in texas for example, the democrats failed to flip one congressional seat in texas. The republicans added seats in a very deeply progressive state like california. Ill point and by the way, alexandria ocasiocortez is part of the problem, say here in new york. But lets start with defunding the police where she this is a quote from her, when mayor de blasio planned to cut the Police Budget by a billion dollars. Defunding the police means defunding the police is what she said. She said that it does not mean budget tricks or funny math. It doesnt mean moving School Police officers from the nypd budget to the department of educations budget so the exact same police remain in schools. It was also bail reform, where you got rid of cash bail and the streets and the cities in new york are flooded with criminals and crime spiked. So the American People arent stupid. Lets see where this goes. But lets not forget, nancy pelosi was on the cover of rolling stone, that pamphlet, with members of the 1kw5ud. Squad. So she was lined up in lockstep with them. This falls on fannie nancys shoulders fancy nancys shoulders. Well see what happens in two years. Maria exactly. Increasingly its looking like Kevin Mccarthy will get the speakership in two years, given all of the seats. Can you say theyre losing power when you have an incoming Vice President potentially, Kamala Harris, among those who voted the most progressive of all in the senate. Dagen to that point, one issue will be what a potential Biden Harris Administration does through executive orders. Because theirin lies the power of the executive branch. But nancy pelosi has the smallest majority in it could be 20 years, it could be longer than that. The senate, with the power there hanging in the balance, this is a congress, a congress and a senate that might not get be able to get anything done. But what can you do, again, you can regulate through executive order out of the white house and you could really put the hammer down on, say, the energy business, natural gas and oil, by regulating, say, power plants. Investors once again rotating back into the tech sector where money is moving there this morning after yesterdays big rally. The nasdaq yesterday was up 232 points, thats better than 2 . The s p was up 27 even as the dow industrials were down 23 points, the momentum once again fires up for the nasdaq and tech stocks. It was executed by our colleagues from pfizer, with more than 43,000 subjects so far. So doing that in an extremely coordinated fashion allowed us to maria dr. Sahin, let me get your take on what were seeing here in terms of reinfections and in terms of what is taking place with the potential second wave. There are questions that analysts have, such as what is the impact of the virus mutating on the disease and the vaccine efficacy and what about reinfections, should we be worried about reinfections and about a potential second wave because were looking at highest numbers on a daily basis here in the United States once again. Yeah, so one of the learnings in the last months is that an infection seems to protect against the infection and most people in recent publications seem to have efficient immune response even after six months after infection, which is a really good message. Now that our use by our vaccine is stronger than the immune response which is in use in an infected person, so that means theres a good chance that the vaccine not only is protective but could protect from infection for significant period of time. I personally expect that a vaccine could protect us with a protocol for at least one year. If we learn that we need to immuneize, we could do that after one year. There is now an understanding the vaccine could work. Maria that is extraordinary. What about the challenge of the distribution of this vaccine, because it needs to be cold, right . I mean, i know that the vaccine requires cold storage, refrigeration type mechanism. Tell me about that. And is it challenging to distribute such a vaccine that needs to be cold storage in developing countries . Youve got commitments to distribute this outside of the United States as well, like in china. How does that impact distribution of the vaccine, given that it needs to be refrigerated . Its extremely important that we control the logistical chain. So it is very important that we are collaborating with pfizer and pfizer is one of the most experienced vaccine developers, with a Global Supply chain. And pfizer has built up distribution logistics, allowing to transport the vaccine at minus 70 degrees to anyplace on the planet. We are collaborating and organizing vaccine supply with governmental organizations to ensure that the vaccine could be supplied to hospitals and then from hospitals distributed to the vaccination centers. Maria but will it it will be distributed in the United States first, dr. Sahin . I know you have commitments to other countries, exchina, and the china talks are ongoing. But the United States will be first . The supply of the vaccine will depend on the potential approval or authorization. We are currently in communication with the fda in the United States, the european medicineal agency, with u. K. Organizations, with japan. And if we get an authorization, emergency authorization maybe by the fda, we would be ready to supply and the same is true for europe. So that means the first requirement for supply is authorization. President trump says this nobody wants to report that pennsylvania and michigan didnt allow observers to watch or of observe. This is responsible for hundreds of thousands of votes that should not be allowed to count. Therefore, i easily win both states, report the muse, writes the news, writes the president. Today, an arizona a judge will hear oral arguments about a lawsuit saying Maricopa County wrongly accepted votes. If biden officially wins the state it would be the first time georgia has gone blue since 1992. Elections in january. Wall street is betting republicans keep the majority in the senate, thats why were seeing a rally in stocks, that the progressive plans wont be able to become law. Are we going to see these banks come under pressure . Well, i think all free market capitalism is going to come under pressure if biden succeeds in this election. Look, hes not a friend of capitalism. Hes not a friend of free markets. Hes a high tax liberal and america will pay a price. I deal with everyday investors. While were trying to figure out this election, my advice to every day investors is stay calm, dont panic, this things going to get resolved and dont try to time this market. Its a big mistake. No one knows who is going to win in the end and no one know what the markets going to do so youve got to own of equities, youve got to diversify, dont panic and go to cash like a lot of people are doing. Its a big mistake. Have you to stay focused on the next 20 years, not the next 20 minutes. Its hard to do when tom pers are running so tempers are running so hot right now. Maria i want to tell you what cowen and company is reporting. Cowen and company is telling their clients that senators in states with gop governors, like vermont, for example, and massachusetts, that means Bernie Sanders and elizabeth warren, theyre very unlikely to be picked given the razor thin margins in those states because of the republican governors. But hes talking about picks for a Biden Cabinet and he talks about Hillary Clinton as a poe donpotential for a defense secretary. He says for the treasury, lyle brainar and janet yellen are being looked at. For defense secretary, your thoughts on what a Biden Cabinet could look like . I cant get in the mind of biden but i can tell everybody that this election is not over. Theres a lot of potential fraud that has to be gone through, theres a lot of votes that have to be gone through. I see a lot of investors making a huge mistake which is doubling down on large stocks, doubling down on tech stocks. In the 2000s we had a similar situation. Tech stocks lost 75 of their value almost overnight, large stocks, u. S. Stocks lost 50 of . Have you to have small international stocks, you have to have emerging market stocks and you have to stay diversified, not chasing the bubble, people are herding up buying large companies. I think its a big mistake for investors. Maria yeah. And i think your point on its not over yet, well be speaking with Rudy Giuliani in about an hour to discuss the evidence that he has come up with so far. But mark tepper, investors are reacting to the positive news about the covid19 vaccine on monday, Cornerstone Macro is showing Consumer Confidence rising on the news. What do you think that means heading into the Holiday Season. We may get the approval for wider distribution by tend of november. No doubt about it, vaccine news is obviously great news. But its going to be a process. I mean, the entire vaccination process, it could take maybe 12 months or so. But at the end of the day, it does make people feel better, it remains to be seen if thats going to be a shortterm spike or if its longlasting. But in any event, it does lead to increased confidence. That leads to increased spending. So i think that bodes really well heading into the Holiday Shopping season for Companies Like amazon, target, and walmart. And if you look at amazon, its 12 off its alltime high, down 5 this week because investors rotated out of the years winners, into the years losers. In my opinion, the rotation out of the winners really created the perfect buying opportunity for Companies Like amazon. I love amazon right here. The Holiday Season should be strong. Lets not forget, they pushed their prime day from q3 into q4 so this quarter should be a monstrous quarter for them. Maria allie, what about that, are you seeing opportunity for growth in any particular areas . How do you want to allocate capital here, allie . Look, theres a reason why all of us in the industry we have a job, we try to take emotion and volatility out of this. From a strategic perspective, over the last number of days, saturday to monday, we had the two biggest overhangs in Global Equities and Financial Markets relatively settled or much less uncertainty. So what youve seen since then are the three things that i want clients focused on. I want us getting into the economic normalization trade which means cyclicality, smaller caps, the vaccine proves that were on our way there. Its going to take some time but were on our way there. Secular themes, irrespective of timing of vaccines, 5g, green energy, healthcare, tech, secular themes. Emerging markets, a waning u. S. Congressman, congratulations to you. Thanks, maria. Great to be with you. Maria and youve got a lot of wins to talk about in terms of the house of representatives this past election. How would assess what took place this election for the house . Well, there was a major rejection of pelosis socialist agenda. I traveled to so many of these districts. I was in probably 35 districts the last few weeks and they were all the energy o on the ground, people loved our cabinet, we have great new members of congress coming in. Ill be meeting with them this evening in d. C. You look at the message contrast. Weve been fighting for freedom, low taxes, getting the economy back open safely, battling covid, but also getting things going again. And on the left, they were talking about defunding the police, shutting things down more, raising taxes, green new deal. That radical agenda was rejected. People dont want to see our country make a socialist turn to the left and you could see that just in those two seats we flipped 234 my am in miami. You have a large cuban population who fled communism. People like Maria Salazar who won her race in a similar fashion to many of the others, it was a major rejection of socialism. Maria let me ask you about what the president is doing right now, because this is a contested election, obviously, and we are in the middle of it right now. Were going to speak to Rudy Giuliani in the next hour about the evidence that he says his team has found out in terms of voter fraud. Whats your take on that, as the biden team is moving forward . Ive got a report hear from wall street firm cowen and company and theyre talking about names who biden is thinking about in his cabinet. They say for secretary of state could be susan rice, chris dodd, chris kuhns, defense secretary, tammtammy duckworth, possibly Hillary Clinton. Give us your thoughts about what the president is doing now, fighting the certification of election in states and id like your thoughts on whats going on in the biden team as well. First, i applaud President Trump for highlighting the wrongdoing we saw during the election. Many states didnt follow their own laws even on election day, even after election day. Pennsylvania, their law is very clear that youre not supposed to take more ballots in after 8 00 p. M. On tuesday, when the polls close. Yet, they were still counting votes and accepting ballots that came in after the election was over. The Supreme Court even said youve got to keep those votes separate because theres a possibility they all get thrown out of. Wrongdoing in other states, michigan theyve identified, the Trump Campaign identified a list that unfortunately keeps growing of dead people who cast ballots. These people that keep saying this didnt happen, it did happen. The question is, did it happen enough . You look at arizona, this shouldnt be happening anywhere in the country, maria. Weve got to get better control over Election Integrity. I think for both sides. Maria yeah. You shouldnt have this cloud lingering over an election. Why is it that a state like florida, very large state, was able to get returns in, in less than two hours, and a state like pennsylvania they once trump got by a large lead they stopped counted and they counted for days until the lead flipped. You can watch American Idol and over the commercial break you cast a vote. Maria the most recent suit filed tuesday in michigan includes 234 pages worth of affidavits from witnesses who are accusing Election Officials of miscounting ballots, interference, intimidation of republican election challengers and then Republican Campaign strategist karl rove is of out with an oped saying this election result will not be overturned but he doesnt know what the Trump Team Knows in terms of where this is going. I mean, some people expect this to go all the way to the Supreme Court. Well, you saw that in 2000. It wasnt until middecember that George W Bush was ultimately declared the winner when initially the projections that al gore was declared the winner. Its not the ap who declares the winner. If you look at this election, joe biden has not been certified the winner of any swing state right now. So the states are the ones who certify. And ultimately send their electors to washington. That process is still weeks away. In the meantime, everybody in america ought to want to clean up this kind of fraud whether its anil lee gas station or actual an allegation or actual fraud that happened. Its documented. How well documented, thats one question that you can raise. The fact that it happens still today in america is wrong. It shouldnt be happening and we should all want it to stop. It was the biden attorneys and Hillary Clinton herself saying to joe biden, dont ever declare victory. Dont throw it in. It shouldnt just be when things go your way, look the other way towards those irregularities. I think we all should want to see that cleaned up and not happen in any election, let alone a major election for president. That is very close. Ed yardeni, your thoughts on this, because hong kong in my lifetime has certainly been an International Financial hub, ed, and that all changed with the most recent china moves and, you know, im reading one story from the guardian this morning and heres what they write. Hong kong has plunged further into a crisis as a new law imposed by beijing allows the disqualification of unpatriotic opposition members, that prompted lawmakers to quit en masse, four of them were forced out, then the rest of them left following those four. Your reaction . Ed well, its very sad for the folks in hong kong. Its very sad for democracy. I think the issue here for us is usually in the Financial Markets, geo politics doesnt have much of an impact but i think this cold war between the United States and china is going to continue to heat up, even under a Biden Administration, certainly was heating up under trump. And that could have farreaching impacts. And its a dangerous cold war because cold wars can turn hot just by mistakes. So its something thats certainly on all of our radar screens and the Chinese Communist party, its not the chinese people, its the Chinese Communist party just continues to take these aggressive actions that confirm what weve all known, and that is its an authoritarian state, one thats very hard to do business with. And so i think a lot of American Companies are going to have to kind of rethink just exactly what are they doing over there. Maria yeah, youre right. Dagen, this measure which was passed by chinas highest legislative body on wednesday bars anyone from hong kongs Legislature Council who supports independence, refuses to recognize beijings sovereignity over hong kong, according to beijing, seeks help from Foreign Countries or Foreign Forces in any way to interfere in the affairs of the region or commits other act that endanger National Security. So they could arrest anybody they want is basically what theyre saying, dagen. Dagen right. And the communist power grab is getting more aggressive and bigger and assuming that joe biden moves into the white house in late january, what is he going to do about it . Again, because that has been you wrote a whole book about it, that President Trump, one of the hallmarks of his presidency was trying to get tough with china and pushing back. And putting these corporations on notice, because for decades u. S. Companies got to ship jobs over there because it boosted their earnings, it decimated the middle class here in the United States but they got away with it because of the politicians who liked the contributions that they got from those very corporate leaders. So whats joe biden going to do about all of this . Again, the uyghurs, concentration camps, sig silencg journalists. There is no free press in china. We can go on. They are looking to block key states from certifying results until the results of the investigation is complete. We want to make sure all of the legally cast ballots are countnd and illegally cast ballots are not counted. We filed suit in georgia. Were going to be going through theres going to be a recount. Were pointing out a number of instances where were concerned about ballot harvesting which is something that was legalized but we dont think the folks conducted that on the up and up. You look at as as a where a number of trump votes, thousands of trump votes were counted as overvotes and disregarded. Thats something with the software were going to be going through. The state of michigan, there were thousands of complaints and also where ballots had been run through illegally. That were very concerned about. You take a look at the state of pennsylvania where the entire nature of the mailin Balloting Scheme was unconstitutional. Election day voters were discriminated against in a way that mailin voters were not. Were going to go through and make sure we have all of of this exactly right. Maria jason, do you feel that you have enough time to do this . Because were supposed to get the states certifying the elections in early december. You know, youve got multiple states that you are suing and youve got multiple issues, whether it be the deceased people, dead people voting or the ballots that were brought in the dead of night or this software that has become a point to really drill down on. Rudy giulianis going to come up in the next half an hour to talk about that. But you only have a few weeks here. And i think that is plenty of time, maria. The states have this in their statutes, they have this set out for these exact reasons. And we have to get this right. If you care about democracy, maria, you want to make sure that were getting these counts exactly right. The fact that weve started putting out names of of dead people who have supposedly voted, had their identities clearly stolen in the state of georgia, in pennsylvania. Well start putting them out for the states of michigan and nevada. We have hundreds of examples. Thats the tip of the iceberg. If we have to catch that, why arent the secretaries of state doing that, why arent the local Election Officials doing that . Were going to call all of these examples, bring them into the public light and were going to get this right. We believe once we did through these and have the recounts an legal challenges that President Trump will be the next president and still president of the United States. Thats why its very important we get this right. Maria so youre not expecting a joe biden transition then . Were expecting that these recounts will show that President Trump is the rightful winner of this race and we have to go through this. Again, keep in mind what happened four years ago with the last transition. The obama and biden camp, they were screaming logan act and trying to undermine President Trump and they literally from day one of President Trumps administration they were trying to undermine him. What were trying to do is make sure that the election is something that is fair and square, that people realize who the hol ultimate winner is goino be, that theres confidence in the election system and i think thats something all americans should be able to rally around, whether you be on the left or the right. Because the media has taken us down so many wrong roads for now four years going and we recognize what his critics are capable of in terms of taking him down. I guess that was a victory to be able to get it done by hand. How long will that take . Well, it will take most likely until the end of next week and again, thats the state guidelines do have that in place where it should be wrapped up by the 20th. Theyre going to start that almost immediately. Ive got to underscore just how critical this victory was. I mean, the fact that were going to go through by hand with election monitors, with observers, to be able to see all of these ballots. As we talk about the harvested ballots that were brought through, were going to check to make sure that those were done on the up and up, that those werent gone around and collected from empty apartment buildings, from people who didnt cast them. This is bigger than the presidency with regard to georgia. This is about control of the u. S. Senate. And if we dont get this right now, then the exact same fraud is going to happen on january 5th. For example, the dead people that voted in georgia for this last election, they cant be allowed to vote in january 5t january 5th. Weve identified them now. Weve identified some of them. If you read joe bidens tax plan, i mean, the taxes that are going to be raised and hes saying its only for the rich but thats when we find out all of us are rich and well be paying taxes, when there are tax breaks when we had in the tax cuts and jobs act, businesses reinvest in employees and the community. In the first correctional district when we had tax cuts, entry level workers in fast food were making 15 an hour. We had a roaring economy. Thats why the senate races in georgia are so important right now with those two special elections coming up on january 5th. If republicans hold the majority in the senate, that will keep a check and balance on nancy pelosi and joe biden. Maria what are your thoughts about nancy pelosi keeping the speakership . I mean, democrats secured the majority control of the house even though they did lose several seats to the gop. How do you see this playing out with nancy pelosi being the speaker . She needs 218 votes to keep that position. Right. Well, that will be up to democrats. And i know that in my district in South Carolinas first Congressional District my owe of pone meant, democrat opponent voted with nancy pelosi 90 of the time and voters wanted to send a new nancy to congress. Im going to fight hard against all of the things that nancy pelosi stands for including socialized medicine, higher taxes, the green new deal. Thats not what people want. The untold story are all of the republican gains down the ballot including democratic general assemblies, state legislatures returning republican. We had the 2020 census with reapportionment coming down the line. I think theres going to be if they dont come to the center, if they continue down, taking the hard left to socialism on the democratic side, theyre going to have a very hard time keeping those gains and keeping the majority two years from now. I believe theyve got to moderate and come to the center and weve got to come together. Maria how much do you think President Trump was helpful in terms of these increased number of seats in the gop . I think it was enormous. On both sides of the aisle this year, people were passionate and motivated and people came out to vote for the president. There was a Record Number of folks, both republicans and democrats, on both sides of the aisle. In South Carolinas first Congressional District we saw between 70 to 75 turnout this year. That was a big motivator. People are worried about checkbooks and businesses an jobs and having security in the future which is why a joe biden presidency and higher taxes could do huge would be huge problems for us ayou cross the country.
