57 days have passed since judge sullivans last hearing to block general flynns exoneration. Well have much more on this development later in the broadcast. The good news again, general flynn has been pardoned by President Trump. And more good news for the president in pennsylvania where a major victory for a free and Fair Election has been won. Today pennsylvania judge Patricia Mccullough ordered that the state certification of the vote be halted temporarily are. She scheduled a hearing for friday morning in the case brought by congressman mike kelly and congressional candidate sean parnell. They allege in that suit the states mailin ballot law is unconstitutional. The Trump Campaign not directly involved in the litigation but would stand to benefit, of course, if, in fact, that law is held to be unconstitutional. Pennsylvanias radical dem, radical dem attorney general josh shapiro said he is appealing to the astronaut Supreme Court. State Supreme Court. Shapiro is a radical by any definition, and he is the same official who claimed before the election that President Trump would lose if all the votes, as he he put it, were added up. Our first guest tonight is the9 attorney leading the charge to throw out pennsylvanias mailin ballots representing congressman mike kelly and congressional candidate e sean parnell. He joins us from pittsburgh. Gregory, good to have you with us and congratulations on this win, hearing scheduled for friday. What is your expectation now that the case will be considered . Well, thanks for having me on, lou are, good to be here. Our expectation is that the hearing will proceed, but the other side has filed an appeal to the Pa Supreme Court begging them to take over the case, so well have to see. Developments keep coming. Lou what does that mean in. Well, the Supreme Court may step in and take over the case. Well have to wait and see whether thatll happen lou is that a good that could, its neither good nor bad. The Supreme Court could grant the same relief that were seeking from the Commonwealth Court and should, because the law at issue clearly is unconstitutional. Lou but the Supreme Court hasnt been ruling in the favor of the president in this, and its, as i understand it, its a heavily democrat, what, a 52 democrat judges on that Supreme Court . Right. One would hope they dont simply vote based on their partys interest, but rather on what the law and the constitution says. And in line theres two Supreme Court precedents going back 150 years holding9 that the pennsylvania constitution allows two ways to vote. One is in person, the other is absentee ballots that meet the criteria for voting, and theres four different criteria, if youre in the military, if you have a disability or an illness that prevents you from voting, etc. And in order to expand those to no excuse mailin balloting, which is what act 77 did here in pa, you have to do a constitutional amendment. You have to give the pa voters a chance to vote on a constitutional amendment before you can implement widespread mailin voting, and thats whats at issue in this case. Lou this case is also not unlike the case, the case that has a arisen in a number of other states, battleground states specifically but others as well, in which mailin ballots were obviously the prize adjustment in this Election Year by the radical dems. They pulled it off in a number of states, and it looks to be a coordinated conspiracy to foul the vote. And they did it to a faretheewell, dont you think . Well, theres no question that mailin ballots are far more susceptible of fraud, and theres a lot of irregularities and problems that weve seen in the implementation of mailin balloting in pennsylvania that calls into question the integrity of the election. And its one of the reasons why the voters, if given a chance to vote on where to allow whether to allow mailin voting, should vote it down. Lou is so what is the remedy then . If, indeed, it proceeds through, what are we talking about as a consequence . Mailin ballots that went beyond the three days initially established, went beyond election day as originally are established would be thrown out . What would be the consequence you seek as a remedy in law . So were not addressing our case to mailin ballots received as of a certain date, whenever they were cast. The mailin ballots without proper excuse as an absentee ballot are not lawful under the pa constitution, and none of those ballots should be included in the count9 for pas vote totals, for new e of the races, president or on down ballot. And the remedy would be to block sort my caution of i any result that includes those votes. They would have to exclude those votes from any count for this election as well as the law would be declared unconstitutional and voided for any future elections. Lou yeah, its at one level it is so simple, the constitution says election day, and it has turned into with election month. That hardly seems to be within [laughter] the meaning of the word, does it . Gregory, thanks for being with us, we appreciate your insight and wish you well. Thank you. The win in pennsylvania comes as members of the Trump Legal Team today met with republicans from the Pennsylvania State senate in gettysburg. There they laid out the examples of fraud and corruption in the pennsylvania election. In that meeting several witnesses said they saw fraud in the election. One witness addressed issues with the Voting Machines used by pennsylvania declaring those machines were designed to be manipulated. Listen to retired colonel phil walter who spent half of his 30year career on Information Warfare and election manipulation around the world. These systems are not what youve been told. They are connected to the internet. And sivers outside of the servers outside of the u. S. There is no transparency, as our previous witnesses mentioned as to how the voter information is processed, how and where its stored. The voting record is able to be modified and or deleted by operate ors, administrators and outside threats. Operators can assign votes for writein ballots, blank ballots or error ballots in large numbers so they can be directed toward one candidate or another at the operators or supervisors discretion. And many experts have published how easily these machines can be hacked to manipulate votes. As a matter of fact, one of our white hat hackers previously discovered a malware thats present on the servers that captures every login and every password of every operator down to the precinct level that logged into one of these systems. Thats just like giving the password of your bank account out, putting it on the dark web. Its not going to be there very long. Lou and the evidence today piling up in that hearing room against the propry few of the election in pennsylvania. President trump was watching those proceedings. He called in to thank everyone involved, leaving no doubt to just how important todays meeting in the battle for the white house. And nobody would have said we even had a chance of losing. And all you had to do was take a look at the numbers at 10 00 in the evening when everybody thought the election was virtually over. Then a very weird thing happened. But theyre not weird to professionals, or and theyre not weird to dominion and other people that operate machines, and theyre not weird to the people that handled the ballots where they were flooding the market. People were getting two and three and four ballots in their home. People that were dead were signing up for ballots. Not only were they coming in and putting in a ballot, but dead people lou and for more on todays meeting in gettysburg, correspondent david spunt is on location and has the very latest for us. David. Even though the president was not here today, his two attorneys were, his lead attorneys Rudy Giuliani and jenna ellis both were here. Before republican senators and house members from pennsylvania, giuliani introduced several witnesses from pennsylvania who worked as poll workers and canvassers as he continues to allege fraud in pennsylvania. Despite the legal setback, the president praised giuliani the phone. Listen to this, lou. And i want to thank Rudy Giuliani for having the courage [cheers and applause] a lot of lawyers that backed down because they were being screamed at. Rudy is the greatest mayor in the history of new york, and theres a reason. Hes got great courage, and he doesnt care. He wants to do whats right. Interesting to note though that there were witnesses here, but this was not a Court Hearing or a legal proceeding. There was no judge, the claims today stood a different standard than those made in court under oath, and you know julian and his team have taken this case to several courts. They continue to fight in pennsylvania despite votes being certified in favor of president elect biden. The pennsylvania governor made that announcement yesterday saying and certifying those results for president elect joe biden. Also to point out today the, lou, that the witnesses here today were not under oath, this were not sworn in, but the Trump Legal Team did point out that many of them had submitted affidavits under the penalty of perjury. Lou . Lou you sound rather dismissive of the Expert Witnesses including cyops computer Forensic Experts that were thing as to the irregularities and anomalies of the election. In point of fact, it was an informational hearing, and you do you are, im sure, aware that a federal, a state judge has intervened to temporarily stop the certification of the vote in pennsylvania as a result of claims by, amongst others, congressmen mike kelley and sean parnell, both republicans declaring in their lawsuit that the entire proceeding was unconstitutional. Lou theres another lousy election r pollsters who were, well, it hooked like trieding to suppress the republican vote. Im sure thats not the case. At the onset of the campaign, many on the left were predicting a blue wave, predicting outrageous margins of victory for biden. The opposite, of course, is exactly what occurred. In the house of representatives, republicans now have a net gain of 7 seats. And in the senate, Republicans Holding 50 seats while we await the outcome of 2 runoff races in georgia. In governors races this year, 11 seats up for elections, and republicans won 8 of them including montana, a net gain for the party. There is also one state in which the state legislature changed party control, that one was in new hampshire, and, yes, the republicans won that one as well, winning both the statehouse and the senate. So what happened to the blue wave . Well, sounds like, again, the pollsters were trying to suppress the vote or they simply forgot their craft. The republicans also expanding their majority of state legislators from 52 to 54 . Thats why a lot of people doubt the outcome of the president ial vote, because it makes no sense with the downballot victories for republican across the country. Joining us tonight is Rudy Giuliani, President Trumps personal attorney, renouned federal prosecutor renowned federal prosecutor, former mayor of new york city, in fact, americas mayor, and now leading the fight in court for a free and Fair Election and this president. Rudy, good to have you with us. The i want to start with the hearing, if i may, because sure. Lou there was a fascinating amount of information, Forensic Experts, computer Forensic Experts, cyops and cyber warfare experts. And to a person, they were line ared up with the concerns lined up with the concerns of, well, we know of 74 million americans who believe this race was absolutely rigged at the president ial level. Your thoughts about how it went. Well, i thought it went very well because it was the first time that we had the opportunity to put our evidence out. I mean, theyve been suppressing it, including judges suppressing it. They dont want the American People to hear the evidence of fraud. They just keep repeating, oh, they dont have any evidence, they dont have any evidence. We have a mountain of evidence. We only put on a maul amount of it small amount of it as representative of what we have. But you can see, i mean, were talking about ordinary people who were threatened, who were prevented from voting for President Trump, ballots that were counted in secret in a back room, hundreds of thousands of them not just a few, mail, mailin ballots that just dont make sense. They sent out, the state of pennsylvania sent out 1. 8 million mailin ballots but got back 2. 5 million . Somebody had to be making a lot of phony mailin ballots for that to happen. I mean, that really, that really proves without even a witness that they were stuffing the ballot box. And then you had witnesses including a democrat who was shocked at how far they went in philadelphia to steal the election are. This is not the election. This is not a situation of a few mistakes. Theres a massive fraud in the city of philadelphia and pittsburgh involving now about 7800,000 votes that wering stolenful that were stolen. And the legislature is in charge. The constitution, under article ii, section one, clause 2 gulfs the authority gives the authority to the legislature to determine how to select electors. And given the fact that this vote count in pennsylvania is false, they cant possibly certify. Theyd be commuting perjury if they certified. They now know that. I think we convinced them that the vote counts off by about 6 or 700,000 votes in just pennsylvania alone. Lou well, lets turn to pittsburgh and the case there in which sean parnell, republican candidate for congress, and congressman mike kelly pursuing their lawsuit. They won a temporary injunction against the certification of the state of pennsylvanias vote. And their claim is that the mailin ballot that was, that has fouled up elections not only in pennsylvania, but across the country as you know better than anyone is outright unconstitutional. Your thoughts about the importance of that case, because that goes to the entire country. It was unconstitutional in the way in which it was passed, but it was also unconstitutional in the way it was carried out. Basically, the state legislature the rules for an election. And the secretary of state and the direct or or of elections director of elections in pennsylvania decided to run a different election than the law provided. They allowed people, for example, in democratic parts of the state to change their ball but not in republican ballot but not in republican parts of the state. They actually looked at the mailin ballots, and if they were in democratic parts of the state, theyd call you up and allow you to fix it. In republican parts of the state, they wouldnt do that. I mean, that is completely crazy. Totally illegal. Then lou rudy, what is the im sorry, go ahead. Well, the step in pennsylvania is pretty simple, they can decertify the result, and they can certify that trump was the winner. The state legislature has that power. In fact, it belongs only to them. The governor of the state has absolutely are no power over president ial election. The election commissioners, the constitution of the United States says the state legislature will decide on the electors. Lou and your expectation is what and by what time . We are hoping that they seemed to be very impressed with the evidence. I mean, one of the good things when the press i lies like this and says theres no evidence, when they see evidence, theyre shocked. Theyre shocked to see that we have 50 witnesses that can prove that they were secretly counting ballots and holding them, deliberately holding them away from republicans. They seemed shocked when we had an Expert Witness show that at the very beginning of the count they infused 332,000 votes for biden into the crafty dominion machines which, you know, are worthless. They were shocked that their votes were sent overseas to be tabulated in germany by a company that has connections to lens wail la. That was done by their brilliant governor, the governor who doesnt want to celebrate thanksgiving, right . Governor antithanksgiving. [laughter] lou well, rudy, we appreciate watching this unfold because of your efforts and that of the state legislature of pennsylvania to learn that those dominion [inaudible conversations] lou the internet throughout is what the Expert Witness if from beginning, middle and end. The paper says facebook came up with a news ecosystem quality score to judge the quality of journalism. And it demoted, temporarily, pages like breitbart and occupy democrats and advanced pages like cnn and the new times. Problem was, that tweet resulted in people spending less time on the site, reflecting the ongoing battle between ideological and profitable. Lou . Lou lauren, thanks so much. Lauren simonetti reporting. Well, joining us tonight dr. Robert epstein, prominent psychologist and professor who predicted that big tech would manipulate millions of voters this year. And su saying now outright democrats were favored by bug tech. Professor big tech. Professor, good to have you with us. How is it that we could, despite your with warnings to congress very clearly, very cogently, that big tech has manipulated the vote before in 2016, you expressed your belief that they would do so again. How is it that we can be warned by authorities like you and simply you are ignored . Its very simple, unfortunately, and thats because democrats and i lean left myself democrats benefit from this. So its hard to find a democrat anywhere that will challenge the power, the almost obscene power that big tech is using to manipulate votes and opinions sum blue because they simply because they benefit. They get most of the donations coming from these big companies. 96 of donations from google, for example, go to democrats. And they also get the ability that these companies have to shift millions of votes without people knowing and without leaving a paper trail. And that, quite simply, is why ive been ignored. Lou well, its a shame because not even republicans were paying attention and taking action to be certain that that did not occur. You say that google swayed at least 6 million voters by doing what . Well, first of all, ive been studying the ability of google and other companies to shift votes and opinions since 2013 in very rigorous, randomized, controlled experiments, so i know they have the power. And then beginning in 2016 i began to develop Monitoring Systems that allow us to look over the shoulders of real use ors, real registered voters to see what these companies are actually showing them in the days leading up to an election. In 2016 we were able to preserve 13,000 electionrelated searches on google, bing and yahoo . This year we went all out. We actually had 733 field agents in three key swing states, arizona, florida and north carolina, and we preserved more than 500,000 i femoral experiences ephemeral experiences like search results and have now begun the task of analyzing what these companies were showing people. Unfortunately, were finding out that what i predicted was correct, that, in fact, there was a great deal of die bass and some bias and some outright manipulation occurring shifting at least 6 million votes toward democrats. We havent looked at enough data to know what the maximum is, but the minimum absolutely is 6 million. Lou and that doesnt include all the other big tech companies, the social Media Companies which played an extraordinary and this, i believe, an unpress end debitedded role this time because the results are just too irregular, the positive, has just far too many anomalies for it not to have been significantly manipulated, rigged or, if you prefer, just outright fraud on the part of some companies and some Political Parties and voting companies as well. Dr. Epstein, i hope you will come back and well take up what you want to see in the withdraw of reform. Its critical that we get that. Its also critical we get this election right. Nessel is trying to intimidate witnesses, tweeting in response to poll watcher Patrick Colbecks claims of voter irregularities saying, quote colbecks assertions aside, intentional hi making a false claim of criminal activity to Law Enforcement is itself a crime. Its been my exebb appearance that is often the reason certain reports are not made. Necessaryel denied that prop orer claims were ever filed by colbeck. Patrick colbeck, an election challenger or in wayne county, michigan, signed a sworn affidavit charging dominion machines were connected to the internet. Hes also a former Michigan State senator, and its great to sea you again. Patrick, the attorney general, it sounds to me, is straightforwardly trying to intimidate you. Yeah. Shes my old Senate Majority leader. I dont intimidate very well. Really, nobodys actually gone up and refuted the actual claims in few affidavit. They said its not cred credible. Theyve already admitted to the fact that theyre connected to the internet. A former state elections direct orer in michigan already admitted to the fact that these systems, some of the computers were connected to the internet. And i already documented the fact that all of these computers were connected to the internet. So id love for them to get under some crossexamination and explain themselves. Lou well, that hasnt happened, but what has happened today in pennsylvania, prominent expert on Voting Machines in cyops and cyber warfare himself, colonel phil waldren, informed the Pennsylvania Senate that there is no transparency as the previous witness in todays hearing had noted. He said categorically these systems are not what youve been told, they are connected to the internet and servers outside the United States. Theyre connected from top to the bottom, in the middle. End of statement. He went on, but that is as they say, but that is the statement on connections and supporting your claims. Yeah. Thats exactly why its so concerning that i observed these computers we can asked to the were connected to the internet. The keyword were going to be hearing over the next few weeks is going to be the term chain of custody. And why the Internet Connection is so important because tabulators, the actual computers that are counting the votes, were connected to the internet. [laughter] and so anybody who has ever heard of a hackers conference where they can break into a computer within seconds to go off and and manipulate the data on that computer, thats a concern. Youve broken the chain of custody, and youve broken the integrity of the entire election when you allow people into the same computers that are counting all the votes. Lou well, what has been the reaction in michigan . The republicans have seemed to me to be very quiet. What is going on with the Republican Party there . I mean, some of us watched the irregularities like in detroit putting up cardboard in front of windows so people, the poll watchers couldnt see. The public couldnt see what was going on. This is outrageous. It is. And i was there. So i saw that, i saw thats how i observed the e Internet Connections. We observed a lot of other infractions that were happening as well, and i look forward to i dont know about you, i was very encouraged by what i saw with the Pennsylvania State legislators. Thats what im hoping will happen all across the country. Lou yes. I know in arizona theres going to be some hearings along those lines coming up soon, and also were going to have hearings in michigan on tuesday, december 1st. So there is some sign of life there, frankliment but my biggest frankly, but my biggest concern is theres a lot of downballot issues that im concerned with as well. Lou and and those are being revealed as well, and the challenge in pennsylvania which a judge is harding now that would hearing now that is blocking at least temporarily blocking the certification of the vote is very important because it goes to the constitutionality of mailin voting it. Its really bittersweet because the Justice System had worked properly, we would not have had to have gotten this pardon, but we certainly appreciate President Trump giving it to general flynn because it has gone on far too long. We now know that judge sullivan was just a political ploy. Hes made a political game out of all of this, and its just one of the most egregious injustices ive witnessed in american history. Lou its been a fouryear persecution after a frameup by the department of justice and the fbi against general Michael Flynn. The outrage can we put up these dates from the time that he withdrew his guilty plea to just show everyone what is going on here. Were talking about over four years since the events that started this, the frame job against the general took place over four years. But its been 316 days since general flynn withdrew his guilty plea, its been 202 days since the department of justice filed to dismiss the charges against him. And its been exactly. Lou 57 days since his last hearing. This is, when you were talking about the shame is the Justice Department, it was late, but at least it stepped up. I cant find many places where the Justice Department is stepping up for any american, sidney. I am just so delighted the president pardoned the general. Im delighted for the general, for you, for husband family, but im delighted for america because at least somebody has stood up against this ignorant, politically corrupt federal judiciary and, in particular, emmet sullivan. Your thoughts. Yes. Yes, it was enough was enough. We had a passed the point of proving that general flynn was innocent.
