HENDERSON, Ky. — Henderson County recorded 21 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 as reported Tuesday by the Green River District Health Department.
The GRDHD reported 188 new cases in its seven-county district on Tuesday with six of those in Webster County and two in Union County. Daviess County had 124 new cases along with 16 in Ohio County, 13 in McLean County and six in Hancock County.
The COVID-related deaths of two Daviess County residents and one Ohio County resident were also reported Tuesday.
The incidence rate, which measures the average daily cases per 100k population over the past seven days, rose to 54.7 in Henderson County as of Monday, which held it in the "red" or critical level. Union County and Webster County remained in the critical level at 44.7 and 39.7, respectively.
