Hollywood delays vote on condo after deal called too risky - South Florida Sun-Sentinel

Vice Mayor Caryl Shuham says a deal that would pave the way for a private condo on a taxpayer-owned slice of beach is way too risky. The developer is now offering to revise the deal.
