Moving Ahead with Morocco _

A U.S.-Morocco free trade agreement would create greater momentumfor reform in Morocco, give greater market access to botheconomies, and encourage the continuation of the two countries'long and fruitful relationship. The U.S. Trade Representativeshould make every effort to finish these negotiations by the end ofthis year, and Congress should support this endeavor.
