Illinois Governor Amends Equal Pay Act Certification Requirements

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker signed Illinois Equal Pay Act amendment IEPA requiring companies with 100 or more, instead of more than 100, employees to obtain equal pay registration certificate from Illinois Department of Labor IDOL.
