Judge holds attorney husband of RHOB star Erika Jayne and his law firm in contempt

Husband to RHOBH star Erika Jayne, Thomas Girardi, was held in civil contempt
Chicago federal judge found he had misappropriated $2M in client funds that had been intended for the families of victims of the 2018 Lion Airlines crash 
US District Judge Thomas Durkin called Girardi’s conduct ‘unconscionable’ and referred him to the US attorney's office for investigation
Girardi's personal assets and the assets of his LA firm were frozen by the judge
Jayne, 49, filed for the divorce against the 81-year-old last month after 21 years
A lawsuit called the divorce a 'sham' to keep their money from debt collectors 
It's claimed he embezzled the funds to keep up his and Jayne's 'lavish' lifestyles
