They say coy was in a relationship with a woman where the fire originated about you there had been some sort of dispute. He was arrested the day after the fire started not for arson but because he allegedly stole jewelry from an evacuated home. Coy bases five felony counts in connection to the fire and nine felonies for the alleged burglaries. The bear fire destroyed two homes, four outbuildings, five rvs and 17 vehicles.
