Marty its a recommendation at this point but more than likely the counties will be lock step with the governor because they have scientific information just like the governor to base their decision. He has said the 7 counties that need to shut down their bars immediately include Los Angeles Kern and fresno county. Now in space far as the bay area santa clara and contra costa counties there on his radar but right now its just a recommendation. The Contra Costa County Health Officials there already pointed to numbers, including an increase in coronavirus cases throughout the county. Now back in april 38 of cases that they dealt with covid19 dealt with people 40 and under now they say its up to 55 of their cases and they tend to believe the younger people go to the bars as far as the bars. They probably will not reopen there was scheduled to reopen on wednesday to Contra Costa County they will hold a News Conference today to outline their timeline moving forward but it doesnt look good for bar owners in fact weve got a chance to track down bar owners.
