Lets check in with our chief meteorologist Lawrence Karnow see what happened in lawrence, yes sea breeze going to bring fog at least along the coast. I think most of alleys are going to stay clear but now you know we are in fire season in california and down at the apple fire. Theyre seen. The winds kind of picking up just a little bit weve had some gust to 40 Miles Per Hour. Things changing though theyve had some very dry conditions. There of course very hot as well a High Temperature tomorrow probably about 96 degrees. I think the main concern is that winds are going to start to pick up tomorrow maybe 10 maybe 25 mile an hour winds. So thats going to burn more in this direction for the bogart county park. Making its way into that area of course a lot of smoke piling in that direction as well. We are looking at mostly clear skies out of sfo right now kind of a quiet evening, the sea breezes have been blowing though in spots in fact well see more of that when the next couple of days and that is going to usher in some much cooler air back some of these temperatures maybe a down a good 15 maybe 20 degrees as we head in toward the middle of the week. Out there tonight you can see nice clear skies over San Francisco continuing to pick up a couple patches of fog along the coastline today, temperatures running a little bit below the average in the San Francisco at 65 73 degrees in oakland 81 in san jose today, 91 degrees and hot in livermore 93 and hot in concord and 92 degrees in santa rosa right, heres a look at some of those winds around the bay area now 25 an hour winds right now sustained into fairfield 23 in byron 15 in the conquer 26 in mill valley 25 at Stinson Beach. So youve got some areas that were seeing some pretty significant wind and 19 Miles Per Hour in pacific up overnight tonight. Well see those winds subside just a little bit and then by the afternoon, well watch a strengthen once again in fact i think its going to get very blustery little windy tomorrow afternoon along the coastline see the yellows you see the orange year, some of those winds 20 maybe 30 Miles Per Hour see the Altamont Pass that some to watch out for in the coming days, well see some very blustery winds there as we head in toward the middle this week. Temperatures right now 67 degrees in san jose, the 65 in hayward 57 in pacifica 63 degrees in alameda 72 still in concord and 67 degrees in the napa valley. We are going to see some changes though tonight partly a cloudy skies along the coastline with some patchy fog, mostly clear inside the bay in the valleys tonight and then tomorrow patchy morning fog giving way to some sunshine and still warm temperatures but much cooler as were going to see a couple is a weak weather systems finally break down this ridge just kind of been a permanent feature here. The out of the Desert Southwest that High Pressure ridge really kind of taken home along much of the western half United States. But thats going to break down a little bit as the storm Systems Approach not much energy to it, but i think this low has actually dropped down and park right off the coastline that may be just enough to deepen the marine layer to get things pretty wet maybe some heavy drizzle, especially along the coastline as we head in toward tuesday wednesday of weather for tomorrow as you look inland youre going to still see some triple digits in the fresno in reading. Temperatures cooler as you approach the coastline of course numbers breaking down like this youre going to see about 93 degrees in little more tomorrow 93 in concord 67 degrees in San Francisco. Now those temperatures really bottom out on wednesday before warming up next weekend. Well see some of the fog return. And so well see some patchy fog cau side early tomorrow and then here comes the sunshine, the temperatures going to be nice but on those numbers up in the 70s 80s inland, well see some 90s in the warmest valleys and then over the next couple of days. Yeah, weve got some big changes coming our way tomorrow going to be very similar to today we may see some cooling along the immediate coastline and then over the next couple of days. Were going to see that the big cool off is these temperatures going to be running well below the average maybe highs only top it out in the low 70s and then on thursday and friday sunshine begins to return.
