Governor newsom says the state is average about 3,400 cases over a sevenday period on average more than a 100,000 tests are happening every day with that number the testing going up the Positivity Rate is going down california has a Positivity Rate right now of 2. 1 . We are of the firm opinion that that we are able to move forward to increase the availability and the timeliness of tests here in the state of california we will have more clarity and more assurance in our capacity to move more swiftly to that not only reopen different sectors of our economy more fully, but also reopen our in a more Sustainable Way as well. This is what the this program would do if passed it would provide 5,000 per household to assist with the rent and other finances provide hotel and motel rooms for isolation and Meal Delivery this would be an extension of a Pilot Program that the county actually ran back in june it was in partnership with Sacred Heart Community services 500 residents took advantage of the various services that were given since then the county identified 10 of the population would require some sort of assistance one having to quarantine 5 said they would need a place to go to isolate thats due to being on house living in a crowded household or living with an at risk person.
