They are described as repeated offers of assault, being drunk in public, shop litters and drug users and trespassers. Business openers support the lawsuit but others say suing the homeless is not the answer. If you ban them from being in one location, they are going to go to another and could cause another nuisance. He was an emt, described as an experienced hiker who was on a 5day hike when his girlfriend reported him missing when he did not come home. They put in these new machines and this old one they covered the outlet saying no tickets, no paper tickets whatsoever. If you have a paper ticket you will still be able to use to it get in and out of the gates its just you cant buy them at this location. This morning bart will be having employees out here answering questions, helping people buy those clipper cards as they work towards phasing out those paper tickets. These cards are reusable, reloadable and allow you to move through the fair gaith gates faster. They are accepted by transit agencies in the region. Thats why they want to move towards a clipper only fare Payment System and helping the environment. They tonight have to use paper tickets that they have to recycle or tossed in the trash. They started phasing out the tickets at the 19th street station. Again, Embarcadero Bart here, you will still be able to use paper tickets but they are phasing it all out and clipper cards are the only ones that will be used today. The public defender for Austin Vincent says his client is complying with the judges demands and wearing an ankle monitor since friday and placed in a Supportive Program to find temporary housing. School is back for the San Francisco Unified School District and this year, they are changing how 6th, 7th and 8th graders are taught. They will have access to robotics and art and world languages. The mayor will be at Roosevelt Middle School to help kickoff new programs. Several bay area groups will rally this Mountain View demanding stronger gun laws. Organizers say its a direct response to the recent Mass Shootings in gilroy, el paso, texas and dayton, ohio. People from all over the world still showing strong support for the people of el paso, texas, after the mass shooting there august 3rd.
