In philadelphia, the birthplace of the declaration of independence the mayor says the city is relying on the joint Operation Center to oversee coordination among officers and the departments. We never let anyone dictate to us how were going to live our lives in. In new york city 7,000 extra officers will be on the streets with radiation detecters in the river and in the area. And thousands expected on the National Mall. Chicago police are working 12 hour shifts. The fbi has set up Coordination Centers around the country can special tsa teams assigned to hubs. I want to ask the people of boston to remain safe and keep your eyes open. Bostons mayor and Police Commissioner said friday the city is on the lookout for attackers who might act on their own. Obviously everyones concerns have been raised because of all the isis activity going around and because of, you know, the merritt bombing. The fbi is saying there is not a specific identified threat, something clearly defined, a target or a particular time. But weve got something else. And you have got to look at three things here that are creating this concern by the u. S. Government. First of all what weve seen globally, in kuwait, in france in tunisia. And even here just recently in texas and in boston where we saw terrorist acts against cartoonist and a man killed by the joint Terrorism Task force just recently. That is the first thing. Secondly what you have got to be thinking about is the proliferation of this jihadi rhetoric through social media. There is this constant barrage people are hearing about, about launching attacks. Going out and taking any action you can on behalf of the brotherhood and this environment is creating concerns. And the third is fbi said you have terrorist investigations ongoing in all 50 states today. So there are people here hearing this message. And the fbi and local Law Enforcement do not have the resources to keep i people under 24 hour surveillance. So you have this tinderbox a perfect storm, if you will. Because we know there are people there who have an interest in harming americans but there are not the resources to keep them in check. You have been in meetings like this like the one they must be having now. What do you think the conversation is sounding like . The fbi is working very closely on the joint Terrorism Task forces and coordinating with the broader intelligence community, cia, nsa, as well as foreign partners who arice icic picking up intelligence. This is all being fed and coordinated in the task forces and also the task forces are working closely with people in the Community Just to look for sign, indications that something may occur. The fbi is absolutely on highest alert. Think do this on a regular basis. They are True Professionals and they are working as closely as they can with these partners to keep america. We always hear if you see something, say something. I imagine that is very much applicable this weekend. Does that go Online Communications as well . That is true. West virginia and mississippi are the other two states with similar regulations. Mississippi law was enacted in 1989. There that is not been a case in mississippi since 1992. So this works. Will this help prevent future outbreaks. Absolutely. As john said this works. I was a kid watching cartoons but my grandmother would be cooking in the kitchen listening to loud salsa and i would always migrate in and stand underneath a shoulder and i was peeling carrots at the age of 3 and 4. She made cooking fun for you. Super fun. So it was my dna and i saw this commercial to go to Culinary Institute of america. How would were how old were you. Seven or eight. And you went to your mom. She just laughed. I said no im going to be a chef. When you started things didnt work out very well in the beginning. I was probably the worst in my class. A chef told me if your haircuts were as good as your knife cuts you would be really good. But he was right. When you get your haircut you tell your basherrber make sure it is perfect. And then one day it actually kind of clicked for me. That was a turning point is this. Yeah. I didnt get it then but a couple years it got me. And Alexander Smalls. He had a huge influence. I got an email and i won. I didnt know who he was. He told me to meet him in harlem. It was only ten blocks from my house. I thought he was stalking me. But he lived ten bla blocks away. And then i got this email to go cooking in ghana. And i was like i have to go. And alexander is like im not going to cook but you are coming with me. It was a little over a month and that is when i really got to see the afro asian cuisine firsthand. What did you see that really struck you . The first thing was the love and passion they remember from my grandmother cooking. But also this that food should be an aroma. That when you get this dish in front of you it should brighten up your face. It should smell amazing. That drink certainly opened up my face and eyes. As we get your signature on this dish. And his project tweety is a love of music combined with family. How would you describe working together. It is like playing together. When he was little and we would sit on the floor in the living room and he would bang on something and i would play guitar. I think there are some lyrics that probably wouldnt have been written if i wasnt facing probably one of the most stressful times in my life. She wanted to be known as suki in grade school and had fallen in love of peter noon. Of hermans hermits. And she thought that would give her an ice breaker.
