I remember those two in 1952 and 1956 and the one before that was William Mckinlay and jennings bryant. Mckinlay won both and icer hour won both. And they did better the second time around. Eisenhower and mckinlay they carried more states and the interesting thing to me was ive gone back and looked at each one of them, the issues were similar.
