Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to Nautilus' 2021 transition period conference call. As previously announced, Nautilus changed its fiscal year in the 12 months beginning January 1 and ending December 31 to the 12 months beginning April 1 and ending March 31 to include the primary fitness season for exercise equipment in the same fiscal year and to better align with the fiscal year-end of retail partners.
