Owners of The Rustic in Dallas to open new Tex-Mex restaurant, Joe Leo
The restaurant is named after the co-owner’s grandfather, who was from Mexico.

A Tex-Mex restaurant named Joe Leo is expected to debut its dining room on Fitzhugh Avenue in Dallas with an opening-day party on May 5, 2021.
For those who want an earlier taste, Joe Leo will sell delivery-only food via DoorDash starting April 19, from 4 to 8 p.m. each day.
