Pro-choice in India vs US: Bombay HC permits abortion at 16-wks in rape case while US overturns Roe vs Wade

While the recent US Supreme Court's ruling that abortion is no longer a federal constitutional right in that country, the Bombay High Court in an order passed on June 27, 2022, granted liberty to a minor girl to undergo medical termination of her pregnancy.
