SC Directs Govt To Impose Anti-Dumping Duty on Imports of Low Density Polyethylene

A division bench of the court issued the interim order on April 13 on the plea of the domestic industry that the non-levy of ADD is causing grave and irreparable injury and prejudice to the Indian manufacturers of the thermoplastic.
