Software Malfunction Causes Lunar Landing Module to Crash, Says Ispace

A software glitch has been identified as the cause of the crash of a Japanese ispace Hakuto-R Mission 1 lander during its attempted landing on the moon last month, according to an investigation conducted by Ispace.
