Every time I drive through Saskatchewan, I look wistfully at those few drive-in movie theatres left on the edge of towns. There weren’t any drive-in movies where I grew up, so the only experience I have is second-hand, from those ’50s Hollywood movies with the big-finned American cars parked cheek by jowl for the show.
