'It takes time': Houston area law enforcement train on new laws to stop illegal street racing

In August, Gov. Greg Abbott signed two laws into effect to help combat street racing. House Bill 1442 and House Bill 2899 enhance the penalties for street racing and provide law enforcement and prosecutors additional tools to address these crimes.
