The Bistro to open in The Cloudveil this spring

If that rings a bell, it should. It will be the the latest restaurant opened by Gavin Fine, co-founder of Fine Dining Restaurant Group, whose first restaurant was Rendezvous Bistro.
The company announced a few months ago that Rendezvous Bistro will close at the end of the 2020-21 ski season after 20 years in business.
“It felt like the right time to end one chapter and begin another,” Fine said in a press release. “We look forward to sticking to our French bistro roots while creating a completely new dining experience for guests with the opening of The Bistro.”
