Decor may not be everything in a restaurant, but the right setting adds to the experience of a dinner out. With big windows, a section of street-front outdoor tables and a black-and-white themed interior, The Bistro has a bright European-American feel to it that isn’t quite like anything else in Jackson Hole. And with its location off Town Square it has a different kind of buzz than its popular predecessor, the recently closed Rendezvous Bistro in West Jackson. "The Bistro." If that rings a bell, it should. It will be the the latest restaurant opened by Gavin Fine, co-founder of Fine Dining Restaurant Group, whose first restaurant was Rendezvous Bistro. The company announced a few months ago that Rendezvous Bistro will close at the end of the 2020-21 ski season after 20 years in business. “It felt like the right time to end one chapter and begin another,” Fine said in a press release. “We look forward to sticking to our French bistro roots while creating a completely new dining experience for guests with the opening of The Bistro.â€...
