Zhu Fenglian, spokeswoman for the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, said the DPP authorities have stigmatized the help provided by the mainland to restore the import of Taiwan's agricultural products. She said: The DPP have neither the ability to solve problems nor the will to think about the interests of the Taiwan peasants; they are only accustomed to smearing the mainland and inciting cross-strait confrontation, which is unpopular with the people. She added that farmers and fishermen on the island expressed their voices through the Chinese Kuomintang, relevant counties, cities, and organizations.
