the rest of the world is desperate for vaccines. if we go ahead with boosters, those vaccines are not able to go other places where they are also needed so we have to think about our whole planet. >> no doubt. but there's also doses expiring in places as well as my parents in florida have been ktelling m. that question came from them. a question about treatments. we've learned a lot. right now if someone who is vulnerable developed symptoms even if they've been vaccinated and they're worried, should they go out and get some of these treatments? where do we stand on that? >> well, clearly they have been shown to provide benefit in reducing hospitalizations and deaths in people who are at high risk and who have just tested positive. you have to give them early.
