You think its simple but the reality is it depends. Where it came from, whocan share it. Youre acting as if its a very, youre acting as though its a very simple process. It depends on the level of classification, who it came from, where that they have the authority to shared. Theres a lot of things that go into this and i know it sounds real easy. If your people in this country illegally that are part of the gang, that are part of, committing a threat to Public Safety or committing crimes, then finding that activity and allowing that to faster is in itself a problem. So by not putting that out in the first place is allowing the public to continue and not exactly showing an attempt to solve it in the first place. Let me ask about the two executive orders. I think theyre both broad base. Countervailing duties is not something that is targeted at any specific country. I dont think you could use that as some kind of indication of any one country. I think we are giving up 2. 8 billion a year and that comes in all across our borders all across. And the other one specifically talks about every form of trade review for nonreciprocal practice adequately contribute to our deficit. Theres a lot of countries that contribute to that and i think a lot of times the trade agreement with made in some cases havent been looked at or revived in a very long time. And so for either one of them to be suggesting any particular country would be misread of anyone. [inaudible] a whole host of others. The second executive order come today talks about, or person, a 90 day review period the one that still outstanding is nafta with the president might do with that. Does that move the nafta time i potentially back in 90 days . Does he want to see this 90 day review first before getting to have to . The first thing is to get Robert Lighthizer confirmed as the next u. S. Trade representative to shepherd the trade agendas and help put the priorities. Peter and secretary ross who were here yesterday and secretary devos and secretary mnuchin and others have been very involved in the trade agenda but we really need someone at the front of the ship to help guide us through it. That review and others are part of that. Major. [inaudible] i dont. You frankly tells to take the president tweets at a spell. When he said mike flynn should get immunity is he suggesting to congress to grant immunity . I think they should do with appropriate for mike flynn. I cannot obtain immunity. Must be granted. And again to your question recommended to the fbi or congress to grant immunity. Thats the only way can happen. I get that but he didnt say congress should grant. What does he mean . He supports the attempts to go to congress and be very clear with everything that ask them what they want. He couldve just said he should get immunity. And im asking you because its important. Everyone who works on this tells you its extremely important to seek it ended up ten. And theres only one where you can seek it by being granted either by the fbi or by congress. Congress. For the president of the United States to even lightly indicate that he is in favor of that is simply a significant unkind. If speed is unkind and to the question which is i think what the, not that i think. I talked to the president. The president is clear that he wants mike flynn to going to completely open and transparent with the committee. Whatever it takes to get his supportive of speed even if he doesnt obtain immunity . Again, i want to be clear. He wants him to do what is necessary to go up there and talk to the committees of jurisdiction to get this matter behind us. The present was not kin tryio suggest the fbi or the Justice Department that it grant immunity . I think he was asking, im not entirely sure of the process, whether congress does it or doj or both in this case. I did it about right understand. The bottom line is. What is in striking is mike flynn to do everything began to cooperate. One more thing. The senate let me be clear because i know, before you continue. Want to be crystal clear. Hes communicated our expectation is i dont there we go. Thank you. Theyre the ones who those individuals of any contact with. This is a discussion between all of those committees and the White House Counsels Office. Is the representative of the president because as youre telling me its happening in real time. I dont know the answer because its happening while we are here. So i dont have an answer for s on that. The White House Counsels Office is and can indication with the committee and with congressman chefs office about arranging how that would go down.
