Without high school diplomas. And then you are bringing bringing in workers to come eat directly against. Or who cant find work because there is not enough jobs for workers in our own country without education. And particularly go to an American City that has labor force problems wherever that may be. Say detroit. How was it fair or right or proper that if you open up a new business in detroit the unemployed workers are going to compete against an analyst flow for the exact same jobs reducing pay for those positions. At the same time ultra high skilled workers are on the back of the line to get into the country. The more we have this conversation publicly and asked him if who ought to get a green card in this country the more momentum there is can be. If you are serious Immigration Reform that ask yourself what is in the best interest of americans in American Workers. What is the custom statistics. There are a lot of statistics that are out there. Could you cite one or two studies that prove the correlation between those two. Secondly to me why this is more important than infrastructure. The most recent study i will point to is the study from george borja off and he went back and reexamined and opened up the old data and talked about how it actually did reduce wages. They have done enormous an enormous amount of research on this as had the u. S. Civil rights commission. And so on and so forth. The recent study said that as much as 300 billion per year may be lost as part of the current immigration systems. At the end of the day why do special interests want to bring in more low skilled workers. If you get to answer the question. I named the studies. Glenn i named the studies. The New York Times can hire all of the workers they head from other countries. It is happening in our country. Maybe a time we have compassion for American Workers. President trump has met with American Workers. Ask them how this is affecting their lives. The americans might otherwise if you look at that. If you bring in the low skilled labor. There is a labor shortage for lower skilled jobs. There isnt. The number of People Living in the United States in the working agent. Its at a record high. One in four americans between the ages of 25 and 54 are even employed. The labor force petition has plummeted from 40 percentage points. If you just use common sense why some Companies Want to bring in more unskilled labor is because they know it drives down wages. Our question as a government as to whom is our duty. Our duty is to u. S. Citizens in u. S. Workers to promote rising wages. If it was good for the economy they had theyve been growing at 1. 5 over the last 17 years at a time of unprecedented new lowwage arrivals. The facts speak for themselves. The other hand like i said give ultra high skilled workers who are at the back of the light which makes no sense in the year 2017. Let me go to you. And traditionally its higher than the average american is that were looking at. There is no doubt at all its very sad and unfair that immigration policy both legal and illegal has had an impact on africanamerican employment in general and certainly africanamerican males. It has become quite tragic. The largescale immigration. It will increase the total number of jobs. Is it better for this country to have more jobs on higher wages and higher productivity. I took at the end of the day resident trump has said he is a pro high wage president. That is what this policy will accomplish. At the same time to the point about Economic Growth we are constantly told that unskilled immigration to boost the economy. But again if you look at the last 17 years we know from reality that is not true. And you look at wages you can see the effects there. We are ending unskilled chain migration. We are also making sure that the great inventors of the world and the great scientists of the world can come into the United States and compete in a competitive application process appoints based system that makes sense in the year 2017. Normally this would not be a question but will the Trump Organization stop bringing in Foreign Workers on visa programs to set an example for other businesses in the interim before this bill becomes law. The only way to head immigration policy work is it has to be uniform. You can have different rules and procedures for different companies. This does not deal with guest workers. I think thats what youre asking about. The president was clear during the primary where as a businessman my responsibility is to operate according to the laws of the nine states as it exists. They make sure that we have immigration system that prioritizes American Workers. Just as a technical matter you are talking about different aspect of immigration system. Today we are talking about the green card system. Let me move on over there. Just to take the question in another direction. Over the last seven years there has been negative flow of immigration across the southern border and unemployment is at a ten year low right now. Will that be enough workers in the southwest southwest states if this policy were to go into effect. Net migration overall has been at a record pace. Youre talking about some questions about net migration illegally across the southern border we are talking today about green card policy. It just keeps adding on every gear. The supply of foreign labor is at a record high. Its 45 million and i think there are 25 million Foreign Workers in the unites states. Two questions for you. [indiscernible] we are were not going to make an announcement on the today because there is ongoing litigation. But i will say that whatever we do will prioritize the interest of american citizens and employers. Can you speak more specifically about what that ministration likes almost sponsorship that she mentioned. Maybe its not productive. Which element are you choosing. We looked at the system. We took things we liked. We added things that made sense for america. One of the things that is most important the efforts to make sure that the immigrants are financially selfsufficient. And make sure they are able to pay for their own health care and healthcare and things of that nature. Obviously the points based system that canada has has a lot to recommend it. We took that and we added things that were all new to it. And to make sure that we have the highly competitive application process. Who gets that golden ticket. It needs to be a discerning process. If a huge pool of Unemployed Labor in the United States. In your spending massive amounts of money putting our own workers on welfare doesnt make sense economically to say that our own workers immigrant and u. S. Born into the labor market earning a living wage able to pay into taxes and bringing in lower wage substitutes. They are able to come into our country and add to our economy and our gdp but not substitutes for americans. Thank you so much. What we really should be focused on his immigration. To really tackle the problem. And secondly with them cutting that impression. The prussian for the folks that are already here. They are able and they have pending family based sponsorships. Its a new system. And. 2 is beyond the immediate family members that are covered in the bill your other relatives came in. They just had to come in through the points based system. We should be focused on this. In order to really grow this. Why not tackle it from there. But say that we have introduced a 2000 page comprehensive limitation bill. Would we be having this about green card policy. I suspect we would not be. I think its time that we forced the conversation onto this score issue. I know the president feels that its advantageous to have a conversation about this core aspect of Immigration Reform because it does receive so little discussion. You mentioned lawmakers have a choice to make. We are making an issue starting with the campaign. But as far as a real push for change and begins in earnest aggressively starting today. I just work on the policy side but i do think that voters across the country are going to demand these kinds of changes because again on the effects it has on the lights in the communities and its overwhelmingly popular. I challenge any News Organization here. Ask these questions. Do we favor applicants that speak english. Should workers that come into our country dont displace existing workers. Do you think we should prioritize people based on skill. Should we reduce overall net migration. Should we have a limited chain migration. Look at the polls look at the results you will get those in your own News Organizations and they will be very clear. He has the power today to take personal action on this by the way they did that. And bring in unskilled Foreign Workers. And the large numbers of americans who are looking for work. As the president planning on taking that action. With the congress. Just this is a technical matter. It deals with green cards. Back to the president s comments. When this is raised in a debate. My job as a businessman is to follow the law of the nine states. My job as president is to create an immigration system that works for American Workers. And as one of the reasons why i think america so deeply admires present term. He is not working for himself. He said over and over again. Ive have a great life. For it to be functional and work it has to be uniform across the board. One standard for everyone. Can you add it this legislation is not moving by the end of the year how much is a possible for you to do that. I certainly think on the administrative action front you can tighten up and continue to tighten up enforcement on the rules and standards and i think that is certainly something that we would be looking at doing but we would like to have a permanent trade in our immigration system. It will still be in place many decades from now. And thats what this legislation would accomplish. I would encourage everyone to understand the depth of this change. What President Trump has done today. As one of is one of the most important legislative moves that weve seen on this issue in many years. The president of the United States said im taking a stand today for American Workers in the American Economy and we are putting American Families first on immigration. It is a major event and all of you in your News Organization should take a hard look at the polls on these questions and see where folks are and see that this is an issue that is supported by democrats, independents and republicans across the board. A lot of energy from upfront here. Why did the senators who are with the president call it modest. And aside from that do you think that this is suggesting that this is Immigration Reform. The answer is it is the divide between how americans think about immigration and how washington thinks about it. Every day americas americans this is the most rational common sense basic thing you can do. You shouldnt had Foreign Workers displacing American Workers. In washington it represents a change. I guarantee you go to an end board for a couple of your papers and they will see it as a seat change. This is the most common sense thing or she will say its the most common sense thing that ive seen in my entire life and its right down straight and the center of american politics so take one last question. Thank you i appreciate it. If you have recently spoken to your old boss and what you make of the rift between those. I think sarah has spoken about that at length. The president has confidence in all of his cabinet. Honorably and fully on behalf of the American People since the last question is not on the subject at hand i will take one actual last question. It is keeping with american tradition. It doesnt say anything about speaking english or be a computer programmer. Are you trying to change what it means to be an immigrant coming into this country if youre telling them you have to speak english. First of all right now is a requirement to be naturalized. It would actually be very ahistorical. I dont want to get off into a whole thing about history here. But the statue of liberty is a sip dash a symbol of liberty and lighting the world. The poem that you are referring to was added later. More fundamentally the notion and send it like a National Park revisionists. Do you believe i appreciate your speech lets talk about this. In 1970 when we let in 300,000 people a year was that violating or not saturating the liberty of the land. Was it violating or not violating that. Tell me what your definition of the home law of the land. A million a year is the statue of liberty number. You are sort of bringing that philosophy here. Thats not what the United States is about. If you look at the history of immigration its ebbed and flowed. Weve had a. A very large waves. They bring about the sweeping change. You dont think that our wallet facts green card policy. If immigration is at a historic low the foreign board population they were talking about that. Do you really not know the difference between green called green card policy and immigration. And obtained a green card. Yes people who immigrate to the United States. As a factual question do you obtain a green card at some point. They do it through a lot of hard work. And yes they may learn english. But the whole notion of they could learn it before they get to the United States are we just cannot bring and to bring in people from Great Britain and australia. Im shocked at your statement that you think only people from Great Britain and australia would know english. It reveals your cosmopolitan bias to assure is shocking to greater in your mind this is amazing moment that you think only people from Great Britain or australia would speak english and is so insulting to millions of hardworking immigrants who do speak english from all over the world have you never met an immigrant from another country who speaks english. It shows your cosmopolitan bias. That is one of the most outrageous and insulting and ignorant and foolish things youve ever said. The notion that you think that this is a racist bill is so wrong and so insulting. The reality is that the foreign board politician has quadrupled. This bill allows for immediate family members to come into the country much as they went today and adds an additional point space system. The people that have been hurt the most the people of the people who have been hurt the most by that policy youre advocating uncontrolled migration. They are the ones that you are advocating. You said you want to have a conversation. Which things are you going to target. What you are same as 100 correct. We want to help unemployed africanamericans in this country. Get jobs. And insinuations like jim made tried to describe those motives. Designed to help newcomers is wrong. And this is a positive proposal that said 30 years from now we want to have an immigration system that takes care of the people who are coming here and the people who are already living here. Having standards into real clear requirement. And making sure that they can play pay the living wage. If the president s commitment to taking care of American Workers. I apologize if things got heated but you did make some pretty rough insinuations. Thank you i will hand over to sarah. I think thats what sarah was hoping would happen. Thank you. The transition back should be pretty fun. We had been talking about the American Dream and all that it signifies for people of all ages and nationalities. This morning kelly and conway they hosted a listing session they face in finding and maintaining to support their families. And they posted over 100 Small Businesses for a discussion on how they help to keep the American Dream alive for millions of workers across the country. As i mentioned last week and want to take time to recognize people from around the country that right in and asked the president questions in today i wanted to review a special letter to the president. It would be my honor to mow the white house lawn for some weekend for you. I would like to show the nation what young people like me are ready for. I admire your business background and have started my own business. I had been mowing my neighbors along for some time. Here is a list of what i have. And youre free to pick whatever you want. I can bring extra fuel in charge batteries and he will do that with no charge. I just spoke with the present he wanted me to be sure to type youre doing a great job and keep working hard. We would be reading this letter. And the time that we were able to respond to this letter. The groundskeeper we have talked to them and they would love to show you how the u. S. Park service maintain that. It is our response ability to keep the American Dream alive for kids like that. Does the president believes that white applicants are at the victim of discrimination. That was a accusatory question. The New York Times article is based entirely on uncorroborated instances. In violation of the department of justice policy. And while the white house does not confirm or deny that. They will always review credible allegations. On the basis of any race. I dont have anything more on that. More on that. Why did he say that he received a phone call from the boy scouts did he lie. On mexico he was referencing that conversation they have. In terms of the boy scout. Following the speech that day. The quite powerful complement following his speech and those are what those references are about. He received a phone call from the president of mexico. As a bold accusation. The conversations took place they did take place over a phone call. He have them in person. Several questions about russia. The Prime Minister has weighed in on this. Sin approves the proves the Trip Administration is utterly powerless. This morning the president signed the countering american adversaries act. It favors tough measures to punish and deter the behavior. He also sent a clear signal that we will not entirely tolerate that. The bill was approved. He signed in the interests of National Unity. Weve been very clear that we support to sanctions on all three of those countries. That is certainly not changed. I think that was reflected in the statements today. With the findings that was stated that they did try to interfere in the u. S. Election. And the statement on this. Is an indication that they did have those findings. Directly at the press conference in poland. He doesnt dispute the fact that russian was. I believe your present there for that. We have something to say about the 75 diplomats. Does he have anything to say about it today. Let me just ask you something about north korea they said. [indiscernible] can you respond to that. When theyre they are taking military action against north korea. We are not cannot broadcast our actions and we are keeping all options on the table. The president said they support cutting the number. So today they have it that and it would cut the green card issues by half. I would have to see the specific rest spreads. Theyve talked pretty frequently about meritbased reform. We had been talking about this for years. This would be a separate opinion about the number opinion they spoke pretty extensively on that. They are signing the sanctions built today. And in that he said that it is significantly flawed. If there are provisions in this bill they are clearly unconstitutional why would they sign this bill. That they inhibit the commanderinchief. I spoke on this already. Primarily because the present favors tough measures to deter the bad behavior. He also sent a clear signal that we wont tolerate interference by russia. I also said that he signed it into the interest of National Unity and again in support there is no question for the principles of the bill. Did he send a signal in signing that. That is another deal that comes before that he also finds that it is significantly flawed. I will not speak about that. They are almost simultaneously to statements that went out. They have slightly different language. Did you intend to send both out. It was actually one signing statement and one press statement. One is more of a legal document. In one of them is press documents. They were so focused on the other announcement that you have a chance to talk about the job and one question. I wanted to give you a chance to answer two questions that all of your predecessors have faced. What is your overall approach to the job. In terms of balancing and serving the public. Do you see any circumstances where it is appropriate to do that. I will take the second one first. I dont think it is appropriate to lie in the podium or any other place. I think the balance is to communicate the president s agenda. As transparent as i can possibly be. As transparent as i can possibly be. What exactly is sean spicers role in the ministration at this point. The days all kind of run together now. He was can stay on in a transition process through august nothing has changed. On this other statement. One of the things that set is it would drive that much closer together in sanctions. Can you elaborate on that. Yesterday they suggested that it was an alley and a partner. As one a follow up with two questions. When they come back. In the second question is a lot of lawmakers and republicans on the hill have been concerned that the president wont stay focused on tax reform and is something that something that they really wanted. They just introduced immigration. Will they focus on all of those issues in the weeks ahead going into september or does he really wants showcase one or two things. We can work on the multiple group of issues. In terms of the dhs appointment i dont have any personnel announcement at this time. This morning the audience and mayor. Took a shot at tom holman the have of immigration and customs enforcement. On june the 28th. Right from that podium he said and i quote most Law Enforcement officials and many dont and the large cities. That is where criminal gangs work. The kind of rhetoric is not helpful. They are irrespective of immigration status. The next secretary of homeland security. Tom has served our country while. Well. He has been active in Law Enforcement. Very confident in him and his ability. Having been in and multitude an multitude of different positions within Law Enforcement. Not just one location. I could certainly defer to tom on the issue. I think that is resaved to say. He was a carnival barker. Does the president still think that he will help fund the 10 milliondollar fund. And as you have does he have any response to his comments. I am not sure about any potential funding of the campaign but i think that senator flake would serve his constituents much better if he was less focused on writing a book and passing legislation. Nine on the year. Does the president know about this. Does he feel any sense of urgency to implement that. I cannot comment on that at this time but i will certainly keep you posted. Did President Trump feel pressure to design the bell. He wants to put pressure on the three countries in particular. He supports the principle of it. He wants to take action in that course. They weigh on the question of cost sharing. The payments our bellying out at this point. The president has been cleared that obama care is a cleared law. With the issues raised by the payments and without congress for filling its promise to american voters. The insurers will continue to flee the ceiling system. We will keep you posted when we have a final announcement on that. Thank you so much guys. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is finishing what is the main event but it turned out to be that the preamble of the first guest Stephen Miller in the policy advisor that was really the big supporter. As they were there to roll out the raised immigration plan. It would cut legal immigration. It would be meritbased burst birth versus the current system. The plan has gained so much condition would issue green cards based on merit points in other words one could get a certain number of points for things like fluency in english educational levels. Past achievements in job skills. We will show you one of those exchanges that they head with the press in a moment but once he left the podium they did feel the questions on why the president blasted the sanctions he did sign today he called them unconstitutional and said that it would impede his authority to prevent russia, china and iran from forming a tighter bond. The strategic analyst. Lets pick this apart one by one. Teeming to you first. What did you make of that News Conference. Was quite dramatic i would say. I was impressed with mister miller. He does have a manner where you expect them to go off the rails a little bit. This is very important. I think we are already seeing not that general kelly is a new Communications Director but we are seeing an awareness in the white house and the importance of describing why the white house is doing what they are doing. All of the points in this new Immigration Reform have not just pulled while with the American People but about common sense. These are not unusual in dynamics that they are proposing they are in our past we have required in the past that they had sponsors even when they are trying to immigrate. Not just for us but for the success of immigrants themselves. He made all really good points in that regard. It was very open to all of the questions that were posed to him. And give me an example. Back in the 30s and 40s. My grandparents came my grandfather spoke six languages none of them english. Im just wondering what your opinion is now that you had been considering that it has been a large heavy weight when it comes to all of the welfare. I know it is a double edge sword. Two of my four grandparents did not speak english when it came to the unit states. I like to think as you all the members of my family that they became less a mistake what happened today. This was a circus in a carnival. It was designed to distract those numbers. The presence there were three polls they came out today. They all have the president 38 or lower. He have the president and 30 . But this News Conference was a spectacle its a same the same kind of distraction we get all of the time and it was designed to take attention away from the poll numbers in the russia investigation. Something very remarkable happened today. The president of the 19th said that that they were not going to enforce obama care. That he could shoot to somebody and get away with it. He brushed back from that briefing is at the white house and you are inside their explained to our viewers and give us a sense of exactly what happened first with glenn thrush of the New York Times. So we got the announcement and we watched earlier this morning the unfolding and the revealing of the new legislation that is now on capitol hill about streamlining the immigration process and the green card application. As well as cash been refugees. That is designed to help americans who well not lose their jobs. Designed to help them. Mister thrush was asking a series of questions about what is the data that these people are you losing these jobs. Neither man was answering the others questions or statements. Let me you listen to little of what he said. May maybe at times we have compassion for American Workers. Ask them how this has affected their lives. It didnt get any, after that. I think it was april miller who was asking a series of questions while who are you targeting here. Are you trying to target unemployed africanAmerican Workers. Here is how he said towards the end that they responded. We want to help unemployed africanamericans in this country and workers of all backgrounds get jobs. And insinuations like he made trying to describe those motives to a compassion immigration measure designed to help newcomers in current arrivals alike is wrong. So this was a heated press conference. Youre not seen anything like that mike thompson. It was incredible. Back to you. At a time where the discussion of a russia that the tail end of it. The president did sign the russian sanction bill and it also includes iran and of course china but he really did blasted and he said that he put up an entire statement. About why he should not sign. But there are way more important things right now such as russia meddling with our election and north korea at the moment. President trump needs to stop acting like Vladimir Putins love slave. They signed the bill because congress twisted both of those. What happens. He comes out and attacks the bill. In the face of Vladimir Putin and his manifest threats around the world and if the president truly believes that this bill which Congress Passed overwhelmingly is unconstitutional. He needs to take it to the Supreme Court where he will surely lose. Russia is not our friend. How can we explain this where the president would prefer has the of the world over that of our congress. I just say thank god for the separation of powers. We did not even get to china and copyright infringements in that whole big business story. All the Hollywood Studios also. We had been compressed due to the fact that Sarah Huckabees sanders started the press conference a bit late. Either way look at the markets at the moment. We are just about 11 minutes away from what could be a historic day on wall street. Actually it already is. Breach for the 202000 level. And then a kind of receded right now its just four points above the 202000 level. Its nice for the bulls. Can we close there with a three previous thousand point games. November. March we had 21,000. All of those points took a while before there was actually those points. It was a record we have that right now. We do have at the moment. The plan that it could be a 32nd close of the year. And they can think apple and the acceptance speech. Theyre adding 53 points and roaring to an alltime high after posting earnings that blew expectations out of the water its up to 5 today. Alone. Theyre sold and now they set on a mountain of cash 261 billion dollars worth. Lets get to the floor show traders. Along with tim. Again we dont want to make too much of a round number. But this is pretty extraordinary is it not that we see over just ten months multiple moves of 1,000 points. Certainly is extraordinary. The strength of the markets marked by not just the dow but the s p. Todays market was very much like monday where the nasdaq opened within just a few points of 6400 on the nasdaq composite and then they have a very sharp retracement during the next 90 minutes. They have got back a little bit. I think that 6400 level providing significant resistance twice this week. Would be something to watch larry tell me about tommy about the flow that you are seen. It would actually be negative i believe but the flat flatline about 60 plus times alone. Considering the fact that it is in around the country. In the top 1500 holding. Its really adding stability. They are actually pretty tight right now because theyre so much divergence in the market and people were confused yesterday. The yields that yields fell 45 basis points. Today the banking index is very Stable Technology is flat and the flow seems to be really flat. The semi conductors are taking it on the chin a little bit. I want to bring this. At what point do you look at this and say low volatility lots of people participants in the market at least more than there were six months ago. I will say this. When i talked to those investors. And how they should change the market. The big question is whether the trump taxcut from 35 to 50 . Its really what theyre looking at in terms of the market. Whether that will happen or not and whether that is priced into the market. The general consensus and i wrote a comment in the New York Post about this. They are now operating on fundamentals. The bonds are not that attractive. Pull all that together and as a buying market. If you think that the tax cuts are not priced into the market when they do get a tax deal you have to think there is good to immune upside surprise. Three points away dow 202000. Its up one point larry, sorry to have interrupted you earlier. It stands at ten. It is extremely close to the lowest close on record. Give me a sense of what you would go into at this moment. We are using the smart money flow, doesnt have to be equities. I do think that the smart money especially in the institutions and pensions are putting their money and managed futures right now. People should always be in this. It just hasnt been very good. As the one asset class that tends to do really well in markets that break down. Im not thinking we are to have a major breakdown. Its really the only asset that is the problem is that it is nice to look at but its really hard to invest in. I think a managed future fun. Would make the most sense for anybody. It is great to see you. Sam literally ran up from the street. What should our viewers make from that. Its down 20 to 21. I think we have to look at things up both in the short term and the longer term. The real question is what happens between now and end of the year. History actually says we have a very good likelihood of a positive performance. On average we have seen a gain of around 6 whenever we had had this many new highs in the s p 500 through the end of july. The only fly in the ointment is 1987 was among those seven years. The other ones were very strong. In 1987 we saw a 5 drop during the crash at 22 drop. It actually meant that it was only back then. Ive hundred eight points. Today it would be 1100 points if we saw a 5 crash. Can they psychologically handle that. You have to look at some of the fundamentals right now. There are some wacky fundamentals. I remember you have the bond market. They were problematic at the time. We dont really had that now. I dont see that the banks are much better. Give a progrowth president in their at least he is not into growth. And that is why i dont agree or to be heading for an 87 situation. Right now it reminds me of the old commercial. It doesnt get any better than this. We already know what they are most likely going to do et cetera. Doesnt get any better than this are we bumping our heads up. This is pretty great. People are loving it. It is a really a bigger side of valuation. People are feeling confident. Earnings have been better. The feeling on wall street is not exactly the 202000 because that is pretty great. The biggest picture is since the election things have been better. And you cannot deny that sentiment is much better here. A lot of that may have to do with President Trump saying hes going to get rid of regulations. But talk about the side show here. Stephen miller is the chief policy advisor. The market since the election has jumped but at some point what does go up must come down. There will be consolidation at some point. What has happened could be a good lesson for all of us. We are better off looking at the growth in earnings and central in Central Banks and forget about trade wars. All of these things. And the problems in brazil and turkey. They have great stock market this year. You keep all of that in your order. Quickly before we get going here with the closing bell the data we have the adp number which is a precursor to the Labor Department number on friday for july jobs. Im not saying that should speak volumes. But what does it say to you when our dollar is now at 15 month lows against the euro. We will end up with about a hundred 90,000 jobs below the 220 that we saw last month. I do think we see a drop in the unemployment rate. I dont think that they are very worried that they will be aggressively raising rates and thats one reason why the dollar has been softening. Were at 20200014 points at the moment. To be close here. Make a statement here. The large round numbers serve like that. David dow closing above 22,000 for the first time ever. This is the sixth record close in a row. Mixed bag for rest of the markets. We dont need to talk about them too much when deal with a major record. 50 points to the upside on the dow. That takes us well above 22,000. Er were so glad to join us as history is being made. Im david asman. Melissa i didnt want to wear green. I thought that would jinx it. Im melissa francis. This is after the bell. It has been 1109 trading days since the dow closed above 211,000. The traders are celebra
