But sources say mueller did move a little bit. He agreed to cut down the number of questions from the original list of 49 and agreed that he would accept the answers to some questions in writing, though he is asking for certain questions, including some regarding obstruction, to be answerered oehrle and wants the ability to
reinterview the president in person if he has more questions to which the president s attorneys fear could lead to a perjury trap. Thats really what they want to avoid. The story has moved here as of today from where it was a couple days ago. Multiple sources were telling fox news the likelihood of the president sitting down with mueller was really leaning toward no. But Rudy Giuliani, the president s lead counsel told me last night the president has told him keep going. See if you can negotiate some sort of way we can sit down together. Though at the moment both giuliani and jay sekulow, his other attorney, are saying no, there should not be an interview. That, however, could possibly, as we said the other day, change.
