Water officials are setting water down the damaged main spillway at orville dam. It is the fourth time since midmarch that that spillway has been used. A massive hole chute led to a massive one in february. Since that time, crews have been busy clearing debris from the damaged area. Meanwhile, some lawmakers are demanding that Governor Brown release more documents related to the dam and the spillway problems.
