Weve got video from i10 in florida, where there are literally hundreds of cars stranded on i10 right now. Vivid lightning. Upwards of 5,000 lightning strikes per hour. Folks are stranded there. There are reports of Rushing Water across i10 with no relief in sight. They will not be able to get out any time soon. Wilson, north carolina, there have been really strong rescues going on right now because people have been trapped in trees and homes. The same thing going on in pensacola. You can see right now, look at this, standing water, big problems. Wilson, north carolina, they have been dealing with this. Folks have been rescued from trees, from their homes. There are also high water rescues going on in homes right now in the ascambia county, panhandle of florida. Look at some of these rainfall totals. Pensacola, 15 inches, 14 inches of rain. Panama city, theyve got heavy rain going on right now, upwards of 5 inches of rain, and its going to continue. You can see the wide view of the satellite and the radar, heavy rain will be getting itself together. This is a slowmoving system. So during the day today, it pushes slowly to the east and to the north, and so the heavy rain will continue to fire up, load up, and bring the possibility of flooding from new england all the way down to the panhandle of florida. In fact, you can see flash flood warnings, flash flood watches, and were going to see that continuing up the coast anywhere from 3 to 5 inches of rain. Now, residents returned to this neighborhood yesterday to begin to sift through the rubble and start to pick up the pieces of their lives. Unfortunately, the same cant be said everywhere, as the deadly flooding continues and the devastation caused by these storms settles in. From hell to high water. Firefighters had to rescue this man from a fastmoving creek in mobile. As lightning lit up another stormy night in the south with hundreds of reported strikes from the mississippi delta up into georgia. Its touching down. Its touching down. More than 130 twisters reported since sunday. From kansas why did this have to happen to our house . To north carolina. We were running from one end of the house to the other trying to get everybody in the bathroom. But a branch which hit this house came crashing in. The human toll is growing with more than 30 people dead. Among them, john servati, a swimmer at the university of alabama. Friends say he died a hero, by holding up a concrete wall long enough for his girlfriend to get out from under it before it collapsed again on him. John was a hero every day. This is her place. She says her mother usually ignores the warnings. What made her leave this time . She had her grand babies with her. Thats the only reason she left. They got out safely, and later found the dog they left behind at a nearby animal shelter. Mommas so sorry i left you. Now since sunday, the biggest threat has been for these damaging tornados, but now the threat shifts over to flooding, as al mentioned, as these strong storms slowly spread east. Matt and savannah . All right, dylan, thank you very much. We move now to a disturbing story out of oklahoma overnight, what is being described as a botched execution. The inmate, clayton lockett, was being put to death for the murder of a 19yearold woman, when something went wrong. Heres nbcs Janet Shamlian with the story. Reporter lockett was set to be executed using a new experimental cocktail of three drugs. The execution began at 6 23 p. M. , when prison officials administered the first drug, a sedative to lockett. At that time, we began pushing the second and third drugs in the protocol. There was some concern at that time that the drugs were not having the effect. Reporter Courtney Francisco of nbc station kfor witnessing the execution along with other reporters, said prison officials declared lockett unconscious at 6 33 p. M. But over the next six minutes, eyewitnesses said lockett still appeared conscious and was struggling. One of the things he said was somethings wrong. He said man at one point. He kept trying to raise up. Reporter then eyewitnesss said prison officials closed off their window into the chamber, putting locketts execution on hold. It sounds as if the vein stopped working after the first drug was given so that the paralysis and the medication to stop the heart, they just never worked. Reporter prison officials said lockett suffered a massive heart attack and died at 7 06 p. M. Locketts lawyer, who initially sued the state for refusing to disclose details about the execution drugs, said prison officials are to blame. They wanted to hurry up and get it done with as little transparency as possible. This is what they get. Reporter in a statement, Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin called for a full review of oklahomas execution procedures. But if the league is to survive i mean, the absolute viability of the league was at stake here. If not the viability of the league, then certainly they would have taken a huge punch in the gut if he didnt handle this properly because there was serious talk of player boycotts. And we know in the rules now that three quarters of the other owners have to vote if they want to force Donald Sterling to sell his team. Imagine that meeting, bob. They get in a room. In some ways, that vote needs to be unanimous, because can you imagine if it leaks out that the vote is 254 and the witch hunt begins to find out which four voted against it . Its going to be 290 or 291 if the Sterling Family or their representatives are able to vote. From what i understand, a lot of what was in the nba or is in the nba constitution was not publicly known, even by people who cover the league day in and day out. Apparently, theres a clause that says if three quarters of the owners vote this way, to cast out one of their members, then that member has no other legal recourse. Its binding. But even if another owner has a philosophical or legal disagreement youre right. With the process, that owner cannot afford to vote against it. Youre 100 right from a Public Relations standpoint. Plus, im sure that all 29 of them are offended by what this represents and what his comments represent. This is an openandshut case. No ones going to defend it. Reporter 19yearold geddy kramer committed suicide, according to authorities, inside the same fedex building where he worked as a package handler. Police say the teenager went on a rampage, repeatedly shooting at coworkers. He had assault rifle, bullets strapped to his chest like rambo. Reporter police say after the gunman committed suicide, officers and federal agents entered the fedex facility here and und several crude, unexploded devices. Molotov cocktails. Friends say this is not the geddy kramer they knew. He was a very happy person usually. And he was very funny. And he was just all a good person. We will talk to knoxs attorney live in a moment. But first, keir simmons has the latest. Keir, good morning. Reporter amanda knox immediately declared she will appeal the ruling contained in this Court Document, which claims she herself carried out the killing. It sets out in detail the reasons for finding her guilty again, back in january, even after shed won an appeal against her earlier conviction. Amanda knox held the knife. She murdered a fellow student, the Italian Court said. Her response from seattle was quick and unequivocal. I am innocent of the accusation against me, she said in a statement. This Court Document does not and cannot change the fact of my innocence. The victim, english student Meredith Kercher, 21, was subject to a terrifying onslaught. According to the italian judges, who reconvicted amanda knox. The weapons used, they say, were knives held by amanda knox and her then boyfriend raffaele sollecito. The 337page Court Document says Meredith Kercher was overpowered by a number of aggressors and simultaneously stabbed with the blades of different knives. Sollecitos lawyer rejected that claim. No way, she said. But on the murder itself, the judges say the evidence leads us to believe Amanda Marie Knox lashed the deadly wound to the throat of meredith. But amanda knox in her statement says experts agreed that her dna was not found anywhere in merediths room, while the dna of rudy guede was found. Hes already serving a prison sentence for merediths murder. On the motive, the court found there had been a heating up of an argument between amanda and the english student involving increasing aggressiveness. On a prior claim that a sex game had gone wrong, it is not plausible to believe, the judges said, that group Sexual Activity had begun among the foursome. Amanda knox was jailed in 2007, then convicted and sentenced to 28 years, but won an appeal in 2011. Now she faces another battle to clear her name. If she loses her appeal, italy could file an extradition request with the state department demanding she is sent back from seattle to that country, but there is a lot of legal argument ahead before that possibility, savannah. I know you spoke quite a bit to amanda yesterday after this reasoning came out. Whats her state of mind . Hows she feeling . Well, shes resolute. Shes committed to righting this injustice. Nothing has really changed. It certainly is disconcerting and disheartening and disturbing. There is no new evidence. This motivation hasnt changed anything. There was no evidence, there is no evidence and there never will be any evidence. For people looking at this and they keep hearing this court convicts, this court acquits. How do you explain a series of courts looking at the exact same evidence, as you say, and coming to wildly opposing opinions about it . I know youre familiar with the case, and what we know is that there was a jury that conducted a searching inquiry into all the facts, and the absence of facts, and found unmistakably that she was innocent. Thats an available verdict in italy. Not simply not proven beyond a reasonable doubt, but actually innocent. And there was good reason for that because theres a profound absence of evidence. You know the facts of this case. You know its alleged that it was a gruesome, bloody, horrific murder. Yet, there was no hair, fiber, footprint, shoe print, hand print, palm print, fingerprint, sweat, saliva, dna of amanda knox in the room where Meredith Kercher was killed or on her person. That in and of itself tells you unassailably that she is innocent. But now the court is going back to this old evidence that theres dna on the bra clasp that was found at amandas home. That there was something on the knife that was found in amandas home. We know that those aspects were debunked. In the trial where she was found innocent, the Court Appointed two independent experts. These were not experts for amanda or for the government. They were independent. And they concluded that those two key pieces of evidence, the knife and bra clasp, were wholly without any prohibitive value. Probative value. They were debunked, they were rejected. Couple things here. Amanda has not been shy and she has not been diplomatic in her critique of the italian justice system. Even if her feelings are completely understandable from her point of view, was that a strategic mistake . I have to disagree. I think shes been eminently diplomatic. Shes called it biased, corrupt, and incompetent. I would refer you to her recent statement. What shes simply saying is this ultimately makes no sense. I mean, how can you have a conviction when theres no physical evidence of herself in the room or on the person of Meredith Kercher. That in and of itself tells you its an impossibility and there is no other compelling evidence to the contrary. Do you think it was a mistake to not have her present or let me ask it a different way, because it makes some sense that she wouldnt go back to italy. Do you think the court held it against her that she wasnt there . Its very hard to say, but i think whether she was there or not, there was certainly a question that if she was not there, there would be a greater focus on the absence, or more accurately the absence of evidence. And whether she was there or not should not have made a difference because there simply was no evidence. We have already always said, there is no evidence, there was no evidence, there never will be any evidence. Shes resolute. Possibility of isolated tornados as well. But what we really have to worry about is the flooding. Flash flooding from mobile to panama city on into tallahassee. And flood watches extending all the way up into new england. Why, it is a slow moving system with a lot of moisture ahead of it, so generally speaking, about a half an inch of rain, but a wide swath of an inch from the panhandle all the way to new england, and look at the twoinch area just to the west of new york city, also down into the south. A virtual Bulletin Board pegged to their location. 23yearold tyler drole and brooke blessing ton created the app. With yik yak we wanted to connect people based on location and experience skbl posts are a noun any mouse and only seen within a mile and a half of the user. Their business they say is growing exponentially. Mainly were at college campuses. You have over 10,000 users on a big college campus. But that growing number of users, along with a complete lack of accountability, can be a dangerous combination. Recently a high school in Southern California went into lock down for hours after a fake bomb threat was posted on yik yak. The same thing happened in texas and massachusetts. Then there are the nasty posts. One High School Student wrote an article for the new yorker magazine including a message with names abbreviated. Nobody is taking h to prom because nobody has a forklift. How long do we think before a. B. Kills herself . Other posts are too graphic for morning television. Across the country, multiple School Districts have warned parents. In scars dale, new york, a principal wrote some of these posts rise to the level of Cyber Bullying and sexual harassment. A principal outside of chicago wrote posts can be especially vicious and hurtful since theres no way to trace their source. It is much more damaging when we have the ability to bully, cyber bully, harass people without having anywhere to turn to identify who that perpetrator is. They say they have cooperated with the fbi and have taken steps to rein in yik yak including using Gps Technology to block the app from ruffly 130,000 schools around the country and adding software to identify inappropriate content. We just see this as a growing pain right now. We didnt foresee this coming. Were doing all that we can to prevent it from happening in the future. Because san jose is short on officers, the county board of supervisors has asked sheriff lori smith to work with san jose officials on some kind of plan. Much better, southbound 280 is open as you head out of San Francisco. Looking over here to the other side of the bay, northbound 880 jams up around high street. Lets look at the map. From 238 northbound, you have scenes really jamming up downtown. And clearing to the toll plaza. Southbound 880, also slammed down, an early crash in hayward set things off and weve never quite recovered from this period of the morning commute, starting to get a little bit less commute through the area. That should improve down towards union city and into fremont southbound on the nimitz. The northbound routes continue to show a slow drive, a steady build through the south bay. In our recent today aol body image survey, 78 of teenage girls revealed they have negative thoughts about their appearances. With that in mind, we found three groups of teens working to change the way they view themselves. The girl scouts of the usa, girls inc. And partners with dove in this selfesteem project which has reached 13 million people. And rebel is a Grass Roots Organization started in kansas in 2008. So we paired the teens with some film makers who are part of a mentoring program supported by dove at the sundance institute. We asked them to tell us what love your selfie means to them in a 15second Public Service announcement. Take a look. We are the girl scouts of northern new jersey. I think about how i look a lot more than i should. This is san antonio. I may see, like, the flaws that i have, but i know thats what makes me unique. We are rebel. When i look in the mirror and i wake up every day, its about how can i be a better person, how can i be a better student, a better daughter, a better sister. Bombarded by images of socalled perfection everywhere they turn, these girls are trying to reclaim beauty. I feel like weve based our idea on beauty on what society and what the media has told us. You see these images and youre like, i want to look like that, because everyone else does and you want to fit in. There is always the want to be whoever is on the screen, but im instantly reminded that a lot of work goes into those people and they probably dont look like that on an everyday basis. Enter the film makers, who will help each group create a meaningful message that hopefully resonates with their peers. Action. What are some powerful images and phrases that might be able to say a lot in a short amount of time . For the girl scouts, the power of selfies takes center stage. We could have a lot more girls taking selfies and then they leave one girl out. Could have two groups of girls, like one group that are popular kids and taking a selfies and adding effects to it and trying to be perfect. The other group, make silly faces and stuff because they know that theyre just being themselves. Thats a great idea. I like that one. What youre going to do in creating this psa is just awesome. Because all the great work that you guys do, you can now get it out there in the world. For rebel, its about paving the way to a positive future. When youre little, they ask what do you want to be when you grow up. Instead of the typical profession, like i want to be a doctor, a teacher, a vet, we Say Something along the lines of i want to be confident or creative or inspiring. You could click like and it would be, like, youre liking your selfie. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think thats a thing that we can work with. And for girls inc. , the message is clear. Accept who you are. I think as girls, were all our worst critics. We feel like we need to impress, like, everyone around us even though we really dont. But we feel it. It just gets to us. You shouldnt live your life trying to please other people. The most important thing is pleasing yourself. Oh, my gosh, i love your dress. What are you talking about . She looks like a librarian. No, she looks original. We should totally hang out sometime. Youre trying way too hard. No, shes trying something new. Shes expressing herself. It doesnt even fit your body type. Whats it like for teenagers these days . These are great messages. Messages of empowerment. But is that the way it really is at school . Do you feel like teens do support each other . Those differences are accepted and trumpeted . Honestly, it depends on the people you surround yourself with. If you surround yourself with positive energy, youre going to receive positivity. So whenever you post a picture or say things on a social media site, then that positive energy will come to you through their messages, and for example, at girls inc. , im surrounded by so many other good people, like the volunteers, theyre very positive. And that has made me to the person i am today. Melanie, do you think social media is good for this kind of thing, and this conversation and feeling good about yourself, or can it be bad . Can it be a Bad Influence and make people feel bad about themselves . Yeah, i feel like it starts out more being bad. You know, any picture you see of a model online and automatically, girls judging themselves based off of that picture that they find, you know, perfect. So they want to kind of look more like that. But recently, theres like stuff going on about selfconfidence and good images, healthier body. I think it has good and negative effects on people. Its one thing to talk about it, but do you feel it . Imagine oklahoma city, imagine the Boston Marathon bombing. We have the ability to thank the people who are the ones who run toward it and not away. And he really is so passionate about honoring first responders. It is a dramatic episode, or a twopart episode. Also, i understand that were starting to learn a little bit more about your character and where she came from, what makes hereti tick. Indeed. You like that . Were getting into lindsays past. You see some interesting things this week, and the next two episodes reveal a lot. Its fun for me to get to meet you a little bit more. You were watching with great interest the segment we just did on love your selfie with those young ladies who are trying to send the message to other girls that you really have to have a positive selfimage. This is something that is very much a passionate subject for you. Absolutely. Im incredibly blessed that one of my best girlfriends from college started an amazing nonprofit called i am that girl. And our whole mission is to remind women that theyre allowed to be in love and express who they are, and that you were born exactly as you are for a reason and what makes you different makes you unique. And that is such a beautiful thing. We talk about being beautyfull from the insideout. And i really think that as the girls were referencing, it comes from collaborating with other women rather than competing. And supporting other women, because as you support other women, they support you and you elevate your whole community. But you work in an industry where theres often a contradiction. Because on the one hand youre saying this and its exactly what you should be saying and we all believe it. On the other hand, youre often put out there because of your appearance. And by the way, i should mention, you posed on maxim magazine in a very revealing spread, and so how do you what do you say to girls like that we just had on the air about, you know, not being known only for your external beauty . Ive really bucked away from that for such a majority of my career. And ive spent so much time talking to women about hey, i may be on tv and i may be photographed for magazines, but i dont think im perfect. I dont wake up in the morning and look in the mirror and go hey, im amazing thats not how it is. Im a woman and its a struggle for all of us. And it took me until this point in my life at 31 to say hey, yeah, im going to embrace my body, im going to own it for me and not for anyone else and im curvy and im not some rail thin six foot tall runway model who was just born that way. I was born like this. And this is aokay. And the conversations that have sort of come out of that, the conversations that weve had about feeling empowered in our skin rather than comparing ourselves to other women has been a really great byproduct, actually, of that whole shoot. Its a drizzly wednesday morning here in new york city. The last day of april. April 30th, 2014. Weve got some diehards out on the plaza. Were glad theyre here with us. Appreciate that. Im willie geist along with al roker, natalie morales, and tamron hall. This sprinkle nothing compared to what you saw yesterday and what the midwest and south have seen all week. And right now, as were speaking, there is massive flooding going on in the panhandle of florida. I mean, crazy stuff. This is pensacola here. Where the streets literally its a cliche, but streets turn to rivers. You look at how fast some areas picking up 20 inches of rain in six hours. I spoke earlier this morning on my wake up with al program on the Weather Channel. Spoke with an Emergency Management person who said it was literally like we got all the precipitation of a hurricane in about five hours. Deep water rescues going on. In fact, not just in florida, but take a look. This is wilson, north carolina. And they had a number of rescues. Firefighters rescuing a guy this was mobile, alabama, i should say. A guy caught up he got stuck in a tree. And this firefighter swims out to him and rescues him out of this tree. And then you go a little further to the east along i10, from basically the alabamaflorida border into pensacola. I10 is shut down. Theyre in the process of trying to reopen it because cars were literally stranded because of a foot of rain or more that basically shut the whole i10 down. So hundreds of cars were stuck, people were stuck overnight. Seven, eight, ten hours in their cars. Wow. And then, of course, with the tornado, there was just a lot of heartbreaking stories. Really kind of tough. Theres a photo from a home in gulf breeze, florida. A lot of people just losing everything. A young child. Some folks trying to get out. And then two big stories, the sad stories out of this, john servati, hes a swimmer at the university of alabama. He died really being heroic monday night in the tuscaloosa area tornado. He held up a concrete wall long enough for his girlfriend to get out from it before it collapsed on top of him. And then a big tornado in vilonia, arkansas, Daniel Wassom was protecting his family. He was an iraq war veteran. His two young daughters, he protected them from falling debris in their home. The ultimate sacrifice to protect the people they love from these really massive storms and tornados. They come so quickly. You dont know when or where theyre coming. And were going to have more on the flooding late bit later on. But those stories just two of the number of stories that just break your heart. Absolutely. Our hearts go out to all those affected and impacted. No question. Were thinking about you and your families this morning. Some other news to tell you about. Perhaps youve heard by now, the nba has banned Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life and fined him the maximum allowable 2. 5 million. Sterling was accused and now proven to have made racist remarks to his then girlfriend, audio recordings that were posted on tmz sports and deadspin. Heres what new nba commissioner adam silver had to say about sterling yesterday afternoon. Effective immediately, i am banning mr. Sterling for life from any association with the Clippers Organization or the nba. Mr. Sterling may not attend any nba games or practices. He may not be present at any clippers facility. And he may not participate in any business or player personnel decisions involving the team. He will also be barred from attending nba board of governors meetings or participating in any other league activity. The nba said over the course of its investigation that sterling admitted that was, in fact, his voice on the tape weve all heard now, so we can remove the word allegedly from that. Sterling has not commented since the announcement. A lawyer for sterlings exgirlfriend v. Stiviano said the tapes were not made illegally. There was a third person present when they were recorded last sep september and the lawyer says that ms. Stiviano did not want those tapes to go public. Adam silver had this huge issue thrown into his lap and he did everything he could do. Now he leaves some discretion to the owners. Three quarters of whom could vote to remove Donald Sterlings ownership and throw him out of the league altogether. You would hope it would be a unanimous decision. They might sterlings family might vote against it. But every other owner needs to vote against that. I think at this last count, it was over 20 owners who had come out strongly, given full indication that they would go along with the commissioner and to force the sale of the team. And how could you go on the record at this point im a yes vote for that guy . I dont think anybody wants that, even if for cynical pr reasons. Meanwhile, last night, Staples Center, the fans gave a standing ovation in support of their players and their coach. The clippers then went on to beat the golden state warriors. They lead their series 32. Very interesting, guys. Last night it was reported that if silver had not thrown sterling out of the league and done all he did, clippers and warriors were not going to play, and players on two other teams had gotten together and said we will walk out on our own games. They were prepared to walk out and accept a forfeit on their game, thats how big an issue this is to the players. There is some question, though, as to whether or not even if hes forced to sell, whether they have the right to make him do that. And question as to how much in a court of law i mean, as we heard bob costas speak earlier, he will fight back on that. But its in their bylaws. But he also has family that owns his estranged wife is a coowner of the team. She could take control of the team. His soninlaw is a director with the basketball administration. So he could play some part in it as well. So what if he decides to give the team to his soninlaw . They havent discussed that. But weve gotten very few details about the bylaws. But yesterday, when you look at silver, he makes it quite clear that he needs that exact number and its a done deal. And we live in a litigious society. You sue for anything. That doesnt mean you can win. Hes an 81yearold man. He will likely leave this planet locked up in a lawsuit before they let go of this. Hes also been banned for using just for men, too. He lost his endorsement deal with them . By the way, if he sells the team, he stands to make Something Like 700 million. Hes already worth a couple billion dollars. He bought it for 12 million. Made a good investment on that one. All right. Lets talk about pet peeves. We heard matt at the time 100, he was asking some of the celebrities there what their pet peeves were. Theres also a new harris poll. It looks at americans pat peeves when it comes to travel, tech, and parenting. Number one is people who let their kids run wild in public places. Sometimes my kids do run wild in public places. But you discipline them. Its the people who let their kids run wild and do nothing. And do nothing about it. Just let them go nuts. Next, this is one of mine. People who are slobs, especially when theyre your kids who leave their dirty socks on top of the kitchen counter. Oh. This happened the other day. Nasty. So i threatened my son, im like, okay, for every time you leave your socks, especially dirty socks on the kitchen counter, im going to take a dollar out of your allowance. In what circumstance does it happen that they leave the socks they go outside to play, play with, i dont know, no shoes on, but with the socks on, which is another pet peeve of mine. Comes back in the house and i guess his feet were hot. I dont know why he took his socks off. And put them right on top of the kitchen counter. Wow. And im getting ready to make dinner. I come in, i see the dirty socks, and im like, ugh, disgusting have the decency to throw the socks in the kitchen sink, like the rest of us. Put them in the garbage disposal. My comic books around, my mother said im going to throw them out the next time. Sure enough. My mom was tough. She tossed them. I had a couple of 25 giants, d. C. Giants. She tossed them. Never left them around again. Thats right. You learned a hard lesson. Tough love. Another pet peeve, clean freaks. People who are too obsessive. A lot of us are annoyed with matt. Constant purelling. I remember the first time i saw it, literally came out of the theater and bought another ticket. Went right back in. I did that for that, for raiders and for the original superman. You have to go through the whole series all over again. We were talking earlier, this spans three generations. 1977, like my dad was in his 30s. Tallahassee so far in the last few hours picking up an inch and a half of rain. Panama city seeing more heavy rain. Over three inches of rain. It will be slowly making its way up the coast as it does. We look for this slow moving low pressure system and cold front to squeeze all this moisture coming up out of the gulf, and so we are going to be looking at flash flood watches and flash flood warnings that stretch from the panhandle of florida all the way on up into new england. The reason is, its got great marbling. Fat adds flavor. Ladies tend to like petite filets. Theyre lighter. If you eat steak, eat steak. If youre going to eat steak, this is a great one. Its about 16 to 18 ounces. Its a big steak. I could eat a portion of this. Some people could eat the whole thing. I like to put it in a baggie like this. Put rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Put it in a plate. Zip it. Otherwise the juices will come out. When im ready to grill, i take it out and season it with salt and pepper. Forget the tongs because i just cant get it to work. So we can just put it directly on the grill like that. A little salt, and you guys can do a little bit of pepper, and you let it sit and sear. The idea being and you could actually do you only salt and pepper one side . I do both. But you know, there we go. A lot of times i actually just put it back on the plate and season it. But with all of that, i didnt want tos me s mmess it up. You put it on the grill for a couple minutes to get a nice sear. But the thing is this, you guys grill outside. What do you do with your steak outside . Leave it on. Move it to a cool spot. After youve seared it. Right. But what im saying is for people that grill indoors, thats the perfect way to do it outdoors, if you grill indoors, leaving it on the grill is going to torch the steak and make your entire house smell. Put it in the oven 400 degrees, ten to 12 for medium almost welldone, and leave it in there. How do you know at what point its time to go off the grill and into the oven . When you get a nice golden sear just like that. Dont worry about cooking it through. Once you put it on the grill, leave it alone for about three minutes. Dont touch it. What i like to do with this tuscan steak, you can take that steak. Actually, will you go to the other and take the steak thats done . Watch it because its hot. Andrew nisbet is accused of sexually abusing several young boys he used to coach. The undercover officer visited nisbet in jail, acting as a hit man. Now, in addition to abuse, nisbet is also charged with solicitation of murder.
